How I wish I read the reviews here first before coming here. After seeing everyone write 1 or 2 star reviews, it’s obvious that this location does not care about its customers! I came here with my co-workers one afternoon on Jan 27th. I didn’t order anything, but this was my treat for my co-workers. My co-worker whom I’ll name«R»(to protect her identity) ordered a Croissant and my other co-worker«F» ordered a coffee. There were 2 Asian girls at the coffee shop, maybe Korean. Both of them didn’t look like they wanted to be there and didn’t understand much English. They weren’t smiling and one of them put the Croissant into a paper bag for R… but the staff member was so tired or so out of it that she dropped the croissant(which was inside the bag) onto the floor. We saw it fall and heard it hit the floor, but the counter here was pretty high so we didnt’ know if the croissant rolled out of the bag onto the floor. She picked it up with some crinkling sounds(pushing the croissant back into the bag, maybe?) and handed it to R without a single word, as if it was perfectly normal to drop food on the floor and give it to a customer. The girl did not utter an apology about dropping it and did not comfort us if it was clean or not. I looked at R and whispered, «Is this safe to consume? She just gave you a croissant that fell on the floor.» R looked grossed out and asked one of the Asian girls if the Croissant touched the floor or if it was still inside the bag when it dropped. The girl, unsmiling, just said, «Huh?» R asked the question 3 times, before the girl understood and she replies, «It was still in the bag when it fell.» Then R goes, «Um ok that’s quite unhygenic to just give it to me like that.» The girl then asked, «Would you like a new one?» R shook her head and just took the bag, then told me to forget it, because these girls looked so sleepy or zoned out. A gentleman who was waiting in line behind us came up to us later and told us he thought the girls were so impolite. We agreed, saying they were nonchalant about the service. I sent in this story to Blenz’s website that day, but it’s been about a week and a half now and we haven’t gotten a reply back. So I decided to post this up on Unilocal since Blenz hasn’t responded to us on this story. Avoid this place, you might get either grumpy staff serving you or dropping your food on the floor and then placing it back on the counter for you. No thanks. I want my money back for this. I paid $ 8.50 only to have my co-workers to have a lousy experience and a dirty croissant.

Had a maple latte which was amazing and delicious! There coffee is a wonderful roast, not too dark, my latte had a good rich creamy flavor. So much better then starbucks. Also tried a hot chocolate which was warm and tasty Only 1 barista and the bathroom wasn’t very clean

stay away. these guys can’t make a cup of coffee to save their lives.
