My experience mirrors that of other reviewers (check out the non-recommended reviews also: lovely furniture (at high prices) — zero customer service, interest, or follow up.
When we were buying, we got lovely treatment (after first managing to get the owners’ attention). Once we bought, not one response to e-mails or phone calls.
Having spent tens of thousands of dollars here, I have learned my lesson. I will patronize just about anyone other than Form & Function
