Busy & small but convenient Starbucks location that I pass by every morning on my way to work. When I’m rushing & there’s no line-up, I’ll pick up breakfast or a quick coffee here.
Not a lot of seating space (but the food court just steps away has lots of seating), and line-ups sometimes snake out the door during morning peak hours, but baristas are usually friendly and there’s a good selection of product here (tumblers, etc).

This location can get a bit messy and a bit crowded. Very, very, crowded. The set up is a little unfortunate, you kind of get stuck tripping over furniture on your way out if you order a bar drink, but the staff are extremely friendly.
One of the girls even asks my friend what my name is when I’m not there. She is determined to remember me!
I recommend off times (say 10am?)

This Starbucks is unlike any other I’ve been to. They are friendly. They remember their regulars very quickly. And they are lightning fast. So if there is a long line, don’t let it deter you. It will probably be quicker than serving just two customers in another Starbucks location. I will miss these guys when my company moves out of Bentall.

As some of you may know I am not a Starbucks fan but this one has always been close to my heart.
It’s a small, clean and has a quaint location. The staff are always friendly and the bathrooms are always clean. As Doug mentions it’s only open during building hours but it’s definitely a nice place to relax during a lunch break if you can finagle a chair.
