One of the more budget food options literally in the heart of downtown. Definitely a bonus that the place is 24h. A nice alternative when one wants more than just a Tim Hortons pastry. Parking is probably quite horrible during the day, but there are plenty of spaces in the wee hours of the night. The location is rather small, with 15 or so seats. Again, probably a war zone during business lunch hours, but nice and quiet at night. The sub I had was pretty consistent with the other locations. Excellent.

Decent place, although staff seem«meh». I’m a Subway fan, and generally head here if I need a decent lunch…

One of my fav’s here; not much cheap food to get around Burrard/Robson lol where you can sit down that is, esp. w/Joeys & Don Francescos around. I like the layout of this place b/c if you want privacy to eat without the ppl coming & going, the hallway seating is only good for 2 ppl, which is straight ahead when you walk in. Plus they do delivery!

The employees are nice enough and the food is standard Subway fare, but for some reason it repeatedly smells like wet dog in there. A couple of times I’ve tried to eat my lunch at one of those tables placed along the side hallway, but the smell is revolting. Do they keep a dog in the back or what?

I love Subway. Where else can you get a giant sandwich with all the fixings for so cheap? I usually go for the footlong ham & cheddar on wheat and for only $ 5.99, you really can’t go wrong. The bread is always fresh and the amount of ham you get is really quite generous. I’m glad they have real cheese now and not just the processed stuff. The only thing that I find wrong with Subway is the service. Not all Subway locations have bad service, but this one in particular was not great. You have to tell the person behind the counter several times what you want, and when I ask for«lots» of lettuce, I shouldn’t have to say«more» after they put a light sprinkling on. Seriously, it’s lettuce. Don’t be so cheap. Every now & then, I get coupons in the mail for this location, giving me $ 1 off or a 2-for-1 deal. Then I splurge and get a couple of cookies with the money I’m saving. The white chocolate & macadamia nut cookies are really good. Sweet, chewy and freshly baked. For a ‘fast food’ type of chain, it’s nice to have healthy alternatives so I will keep going back to Subway.

I have never been a huge fan of Subway, in my youth, always preferring Mr. Sub, but good luck finding one of those around these days. Regardless, I was a starvin’ marvin’ just minutes before seeing a film at Scotiabank theatre and being that there is nothing decent to eat at the movies, I succumbed to the nearest Subway. Subway is still considered fast food isn’t it? Because the ‘fast’ part of the service at this Subway was totally lacking. Seriously people, all I want is a vegetarian sandwich with no cheese, all you have to do is slap some veggies between a bun and call it a day. There is no heating up or melting of cheese or toasting of bun, just assembly. After hauling arse to the theatre to be sure I didn’t miss the show, I opened up my sandwich only to be unpleasantly surprised to see something OTHER than what I ordered. The next few moments sounded something like this: «Son of a Subway, fracking $%&^^%$#@# etcetera, etcetera, expletive, expletive». Please do not call yourself fast food and then take 20 minutes to make the wrong sandwich. Next time, I’ll eat a bag of popcorn and nibs for dinner, thanks.
