Dr. Wong is a great optometrist — explains everything thoroughly and completely. Doesn’t try to force you into buying his glasses — although he does have a good selection at reasonable prices.

Dr. Wong is friendly, caring, knows his stuff and keeps up to date with current equipment! Ready to answer questions. Support staff is competent too. I’ve been going to him for exams for years now, and have been very happy. Highly recommended.

I went in for comprehensive eye exam. Great experience. Staff are welcoming and Dr. Wong was courteous, friendly, thorough and very informative. Turned out that I had an eye infection from contact lens over-​wear. Even though he did do a complete vision exam, he told me to come back the following week free of charge so he can do another exam as part of my blurry vision was due to the infection. He was also patient with my various questions.

Dr. Wong really made my eye exam easy and informative. He gave me great information about progressive lens and he uses up-​to-​date eye exam equipment (which is really clean!). They also have a decent selection of frames and I was able find two that I liked, which is usually a feet! I’ll definitively be returning.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wong’s for about five years. He is very competent, knowledgeable and personable. His equipment is state of the art. The staff are very friendly. I love the frames and lenses on my glasses and my contacts are very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Love this place. They have a great selection of hip eyewear and the staff there (Tammy) is very knowledgeable and patient. Dr. Wong was very thorough and took the time to explain the exam results as well as offer advice on maintaining optimal eye health. Unlike most other optical places I’ve been to with hawking greedy salespeople masked in white lab coats, the employees here are honest and truly value their clients. Service here is friendly, efficient, sincere and very knowledgeable.

Pretty disappointed by this place.
I’ve had a lot of problems with contact lenses and paid extra to go through a series of lens trials here. However, after a couple visit I started feeling like the staff was frustrated with me and annoyed that I hadn’t found a lens that was right. Wasted my money and I still have problems with contacts.

I’m a regular here, if having an appointment every year to get my eyes checked out qualifies me as such, and I have always appreciated the service and care.
I never had to wait when I had an appointment, and Dr Wong took time to answer any questions. The rest of the staff has always been very friendly, and I’ve often been able to get a good deal on my yearly supply of contacts as they were always helpful in alerting me of any offers the different brands had.
The contacts that I’ve been recommended fit great and are comfortable, and I feel like my eye sight is in very good hands here.

It has been two years since my experience with this clinic.
Not too long ago the optometrist emailed me after reading my review. That took me completely by surprise since it had been so long. I had assumed they would not care what one person had to say. In fact, I was incorrect.
He made a point of apologizing for the customer service which for me was a huge bone of contention because let’s face it people service is more import ant than money. Where you spend it well, determines if you go there again.
I am glad to hear that those points that I had so much trouble with on my visits there were addressed. He went completely out of the way for me and I appreciate that considering I do not reside in Vancouver.
To Dr. Jason Wong, I send a huge thank you and giant kudos for his desire to provide his customers with customer service above and beyond.
