Contrary to Kiersti, I have had a wonderful experience with Whistler Reservations. I have just booked my January 2016 trip to Whistler and after a frustrating time trying to compare accommodations, lift tickets, ski rental, etc on a myriad sites like Trip Advisor and others and also trying to go direct, I happened across the Whistler Reservations website. Using the chat facility, I got more information in 30 minutes than I’d been able to piece together in the previous week! They fired off quotes and I was able to compare options easily and quickly, and everything I needed was included, including accommodation in Vancouver. Everything I was told about the rooms and the photos I was sent matched what I was able to see on other sites, and I had no reason for doubt until I read Kiersti’s review. To be fair to Kiersti it sounds like I should reserve my final opinion until I actually get to Whistler and see if I get what’s been promised but for me, it’s so far so good and I’m impressed.

I have taken hundreds trips in my life and have never, ever complained about anything … But Do NOT ever book with Whistler Reservations( ). They are misleading and will take advantage of you by alluding to some great hotel room you are getting which you will not. I was sent links with specific pictures and descriptions of the«exact» room I would be getting(it had the specific room number on it). When we showed up it was some run down tiny room which didn’t even have a blanket on the bed. When I called Stuart(the manager of Whistler Reservations), he told me I did not ask specifically over the phone what I would be getting(even though it was clearly stated on the web page link he sent to me himself). He told me my cache must be pulling up some old webpage that he did not send. We showed up thinking we would have a kitchen and had all our groceries in tow. We then told we would have to pay a large fee to «upgrade». Since we did not want our money to go to waste from all the groceries we bought or stay in this run down tiny room — in which the bed consisted of 2 twin beds pushed together and mattresses looked like they were over 30 years old and extremely uncomfortable. We were moved to a different location for our«upgrade» and were told specifically, multiple times by the front desk at our original check in that we would not have to pay for parking at the new location. Well when we showed up we had to pay $ 15/day for parking and there was«nothing they could do about it». I hope this does not happen to any one else. Be very wary of this company and its scams!
