DAMN! like for real, DAMN! these tacos were so delicious, probably the best meal we had. The place is no frill, but the food was incredible. Carne asada was great, but you HAVE to try to adobada! Cheap meal and cash only. Seriously, if you’re in Cabo and want some damn good tacos — go here!

Best darn Al Pastor tacos you can imagine. Hand cut from the rotisserie and with loads of toppings and piece of pineapple. Absolutely delicious. Go there at night and give Hugo a hard time. He likes when American come in and try to speak Spanish.

I came to Cabo just for the Papas Mixtas, true story! When the bestie and I were planning a trip and narrowed it down to Cabo the first thing I told her was that we had to get the Papas Mixtas, and we did… twice! Last time I had El Paisa was 8 years ago at a different location and apparently this place has franchised to a few others in Cabo. You HAVE to try the Papas Mixtas and with Carne Asada, I also tried it with the Al Pastor but I think the Carne Asada goes better with the potato, cheese and butter(lard), I don’t know and I sure as hell didn’t ask, just eat it, its amazing! We also tried the Al Pastor taco and whoa mama, delicioso! Honestly, anything here is good and cheap. They don’t sell cerveza but there’s a little store next door where you can buy yourself a beer and drink at the restaurant. Its probably a good thing this place is in Mexico or I’d eat it everyday! If you’re in a cab just tell them to take you to El Paisa in Squid Row, they’ll know where to go.

By far, the beast taco we had in Mexico. Pastor was full of flavor and only $ 2USD. We went back three times on our trip. It’s a must try!

I ate at 10+ restaurants during my time in cabo, many of them off the strip(stay OFF the strip as much as possible!!) and I have to say, hands down, los paisas(they have multiple locations in cabo) were one of the absolute best. The stuffed potatoes are amazing, tacos are simple and delicious, and both their pastor and carne asada are flavorful and beautifully cooked. The sauces and toppings are also worthy of a very serious mention, as they had the BEST salsa, avocado crema and freshest veggies — and you can take as much as you need! homemade tortillas were insanely good and fresh. Living in Colorado as an ex-NYC and Philly foodie, I have very high standards and many of the others didn’t cut it. Paisa’s also has a heart of gold: I saw them discreetly give out large bags of food to hungry homeless lady. Don’t waste your money and time going to the millions of restaurants aimed at tourists — dig deeper and find the places the locals eat. Paisa is the winner: best tacos in cabo.

We went to Tacos Guss and a lot of other nearby taco shops and the only thing that came close to this place is Guacamaya’s tacos. By far the al pastor tacos are phenomenal.

Omg their al pastor tacos were soooooo delicious! I don’t even know what else to say. I hopped on over after clubbing down the street, the spot was fairly packed but food came out quickly. We took this to-go and ate it in our rooms and they were STILL very good! The red salsa was actually pretty spicy, and I eat pretty spicy to begin with. For an LA native. tacos are almost a must after a night of partying and this definitely hit the spot! Great authentic tacos! The carne asada was so-so. stick to the al pastor. You won’t regret it! Note: this place can get pretty smokey from the grill.

I’m surprised there aren’t 1000 reviews for this place! Our ‘all inclusive’ hotel food sucked at the RIU so after a few different locals recommended this taco shop, my husband and I came for dinner. It is a whole in the wall, not fancy by any means, taco shop. 30 pesos per taco which at the time came out to about $ 2 each and they were AMAZING. We immediately ordered more and came back the next night with friends from our hotel. Writing this review is making me hungry and I wish the cook would have come back to San Diego with us like we begged him to. Soooooo good!

This taquería is really good and cheap taking in consideration it’s close to the marina and to all the clubs. With that being said, it’s close to the clubs that it’s the place to be/eat to sober up after a night of drinking. The options here are very limited if you compare it to other taquerías around the area. First of all they do not offer shrimp or marlin tacos so don’t ask. However, their specialty seems to be al pastor. It seems that’s what everyone gets here. They have a condiment area that offers cabbage(a Baja thing), a variety of hot sauces, radishes, lemons etc. The al pastor is delicious and my favorite is when they add the pineapple on top. The asada tacos are good too but not as good as the al pastor. Since this is Baja, you get he option of having your tacos be served on a flour or corn tortilla. This place seems to also be open 24hrs because I’ve eaten here at 5.00a and then again at 1.00p.

Came here a few weeks ago and now just writing this review after going through withdrawals! Lol these are the best al pastor tacos I’ve ever had and I can still remember exactly how they taste! Its got a pineapple kick and their house hot sauce is definitely not to be taken lightly. It’s right by where all the bars are but they don’t serve alcohol so you have to go to the store next door for cervezas. The service is really good and this is a must when in Cabo!

Decent tacos but relatively pricy compared to other nearby taquerias such as Guss, Gardenias, Claros. Moreover did not like the hard access condiments display. Their hot sauces were below average, and hot sauce js half of the game in tacos. No credit cards.

This place has the Carne Asada tacos in cabo. The owner Juan personally brought our condiments out to our table. This place is legit. The tacos are 10 pesos more than taco Guss but the quality is better.

If there’s 150 places to eat in Cabo, about 148 of them are taco related – but this place is as good as any. I rediscovered my love for pastor here, but really everything they have is good here. The staff are great and it’s in a great location, so come on by if you’re in town.

If you have a craving for Al Pastor Tacos, then you must try this place. Friendly staff and great tacos. No Alcohol served here, but don’t let that stop you. The smell walking by this place is amazing and will draw you in. If your headed for Taco’s Guss, which I highly recommend also, you will pass right by this place. Make sure you stop here while in Cabo, you won’t be disappointed.

One of the best tacos I’ve had so far! Maybe the best actually! Our shuttle driver recommend this place to us on the way to Cabo Adventure. We came back to find it for lunch but of course tried a few other tacos along the way. I’m a foodie I can’t help it! We ordered some carne asada tacos here, al pastor tacos and one plain quesadilla and a carne asada quesadilla. ALLWEREBOMB! Great flavors. You can tell everything was marinated perfectly! I thought the al pastor tacos in Ensenada was good… these blew them out of the water!

Mmm, mmm really really good authentic Mexican food, which is kind of hard to find in Cabo. Tacos a lil more than 1.50 each and they are delicious, homemade corn tortillas are used and are so good.

Tacos el Pastor! Just do it! Ate six for 260 $MexPesos Little whole in the wall just outside the marina. Our hotel front desk person told us this was a good place to get cheap tacos. The servers spoke a little English, but we like a challenge. They didn’t give us a menu so you better know what you want. You could taste the love. They don’t serve liquor so bring your own Cervazas. We chowed down here two nights in a row and were not disappointed(or crapping ourselves later). I needed wifi so the Hombre entered in the passcode for me! Boom internet for free! just ask. Dang now I’m hungry!
