You have to buy a $ 200.00 day pass — that’s US dollars, not pesos — for the hotel to eat here. Then the restaurant and everything else is included.

We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara for six days, and there wasn’t a day that we missed dining at Pelicano’s. The service is absolutely stellar, not to mention the incredible ocean view. The chips and guap are better than American Tostitos, although they use a hint of lime. The drinks are superb, try the Cabana(tastes like bubble gum), Mango Tango(mango deliciousness to die for), and of course the Piña Colada(fun in the sun in your mouth). Also, I promise I didn’t have all of those in one sitting. Shrimp Cocktail is the way to go. It’s got a tangy cocktail sauce that should be bottled and mass produced. For entrees, try the Aracherra Flank steak it’s really one of a kind. The Grouper is also very good, as are the Pork Ribs(for dinner).

This restaurant is located at Hyatt Zilara in Cancun. They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner starting at 7 am and going to 10 pm. They are an open restaurant right on the beautiful beach overlooking the Caribbean. I had an omelet and some plantains prepared as hash browns. It also came with a side of beans that were really good! They serve a «green drink» that is their signature and very refreshing. We will def be back again during our stay here!
