Super recomendable!

One of the things I love about visiting Mexico City is that it’s an international city. So you’ll find places like Beurre Sale which is owned by a very friendly French woman. We dropped by here because it was nearby our house and we love crepes. The location is small but inviting. We ordered up two savory and and two sweet crepes and both were excellent. But the real treat was the experience. Our kids sat and ate at the bar and watched the crêpe making process and got to practice their Spanish with the chef. Meanwhile the wife and I sat at a table and enjoyed a casual European café experience. By the time we left, everyone was kissing the owner and shaking hands with the chef. I hope to visit again. PS: the owner tells us that she has just started receiving and using some authentic French flour that is so important for an authentic French crêpe. I’m sure that by now she is using it in all her crepes.

We stayed at the hotel across the street and decided to check out the place. My wife the day before without me and had a savory crêpe. Which I’m not really into so didn’t really feel it. But the next day we went together and we each had two different creeps one sweet one savory. Let me make it clear everything is fresh and made from scratch here. I don’t think people really appreciate what this means probably because very few places do this so I was impressed when I realized this tiny establishment went through so much trouble to provide such delicious simple dishes. The owners are super cool and friendly and this is authentic French cuisine as the owner is a French immigrant and knows what she’s doing.
