Pig! Any way you like it! We like the pork tacos with a side of chicarones. The salsas are fresh and tasty. The beer is cold cold cold. What’s not to like?!
It’s outside, so there are a few flies, but not too terrible.

So good– hands down amazing, authentic, juicy carnitas! The guacamole was a HUGE portion served w chicharrones! The tortillas were made to order, thick and flavorful! Want to come to cabo just for this!

Amazing carnitas tacos! We accidentally came across this restaurant and decided to stay. The atmosphere is very casual, but the food is awesome. It was our favorite meal all week. We all wanted to go back a second time. So good!

The best carnitas (pork) tacos! Great frijoles charros and chicaronnes (pork rinds). Two tacos, frijoles and drink $ 4 US. I eat here once a week. Check out the open kitchen with pork cooking in huge vats. Great service and the cheapest meal in town. Highly recommended!

This is not five stars, no way. It’s about 10 stars — that’s how much I loved it. The concept is very simple — a pile of freshly roasted carnitas and all the fixings. You order by the pound (or half pound, etc) and that includes 4 different salsas, limes, beans and rice. The salsas range from mild to hot and in between — all quite tasty depending on your spice level.
We also got fried pork rinds with some of the freshest guacamole I’d had in Mexico (and I had a lot — a lot — since avocado is my favorite!!!). The rinds were light and crispy with just the right saltiness. But let’s go back to the star of the show — carnitas. Perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor… at a certain point I forgot the tortillas and just used my fork. SO GOOD.
Service was impeccable and the suggested amount to order (2lbs) was just about right for the six of us. And best of all? CHEAP. I loved it.
