Great burritos but the server picked my pocket when I paid the bill. And since Unilocal won’t allow me to post this unless, apparently, it has a certain number of characters, I’ll also say this. So, «this«. Again, since Unilocal won’t allow me to post this unless, apparently, it has a certain number of characters, I’ll also say this. Again, «this«.

Best burrito ever. Intensely garlicky chicken dived into tiny gems of goodness. Rich avocado and superb beans. Tortilla was absolutely perfect, tortillas can make a burro or wreck it and these are chewy and flavorful without getting in the way. Their sauces are fantastic. Comically awesome décor, they could easily sell a ton of schwag in a more populous location, but that would wreck the fun, comrade.

Great little spot. Service was very friendly and very quick. And the burrito was excellent, I got the mahi mahi super(adds sour cream, cheese, and avacados, all of which I think you need in a great burrito). Tasty salsa/hot sauces as well.

Burrito Revolución is very popular, and for good reason. The burritos are legit. I would particularly recommend the smoked marlin. Very good. They’re big, they’re tasty, and the salsa options are solid. I’m particularly fond of the chipotle salsa. I put it on every bite. The only problem is that you might show up for lunch, hungry for a burrito, only to find out that you are going to have to wait 30 – 45 minutes. That’s «Mexican minutes» by the way, as the host told us one afternoon. So, instead you decide you will settle for a lesser meal somewhere else because you can’t wait that long. Bummer. Hopefully, instead, you stumble in during a lull. Then you will be so happy! Of course, after you order you’ll have to find a table… um there are four, and they’re in the street, and they’re already taken. Also, sometimes you might show up and want to order a burrito(you’re friends are already seated and placed orders of their own), but the manager tells you that they are closed because they’re going to smoke some more marlin… what are you going to do?! You can’t just watch your friends eat a burrito?! That’s NOTOK! So, then you have to demand a burrito, and nobody likes to do that. Normally, I expect this kind of thing from any small Mexican food establishment, but the burritos are so good, that it’s REALLY frustrating if you feel like you can’t get one when you want one…

Ok burrito but the server had an snooty attitude. When I checked on the status of our burritos after waiting 20 minutes(the place was almost empty) he replied«maybe you’re used to AMERICAN service, here we use fresh ingredients so it takes a bit longer». Not going back.

Not particularly good. You’re much better off getting some tacos somewhere else instead of one of their burritos. Tasted kind of heavy and dry unless you put a lot of salsa stuff on it. Much better choices along the same street.

There is, in fact, a revolution going on in this place. I stopped in thinking to grab a burrito as a snack before dinner… HA! These things are huge and fantastic! I thought wasn’t much of a burrito fan, but now I know it is all about finding the right place… and this IS the right place.

We tried out Burrito Revolution because of a recommendation from our AirBnB host. He said they were the best burritos in Sayulita(this was the only burrito I tired, but I’d have to agree!). Burrito Revolution is a small restaurant in town. Service was fast and easy, you order at the counter and then can sit inside at the small bar or outside at tables. The menu is in Spanish and English. I ordered the shrimp burrito, delicious. My friends got the chicken burrito and the mahi mahi burrito. They also offer tacos and quesadillas which looked really good. But how can you not order a buritto at a place called Burrito Revolution”? I recommend adding some of the three hot sauces they have to offer. Be mindful, the white one(that looks like sour cream) is the hottest!
