If you are a casual tourist looking for a quiet café to skype your loved ones, or plan your next journey, Big World is probably not the place for you. This is the home ground for the league of legends tournament which is held once a year in Auckland — but the amount of dudes screaming into their microphones on any given day means the madness isn’t confined to an annual crazy day. Right now, as I type this, two guys are screaming at each other. I’d be a little bit scared, if they weren’t intensely skinny nerds. One good thing about this place is you can get free parking if you are a member, which comes in handy in the CBD.
