Whenever I am at my dads and we need a quick easy meal we will always pop into Charcoal Burger for kebabs. Here they have both doner kebabs and kebabs on rice (my favourite) as well as charcoal burgers (beef, chicken and vegetarian) and a kids menu.
If you choose to dine in Charcoal Burger also have the option to have an alcohol beverage with your meal. This I have never done as I have always taken my meal away, however the number of times I have driven past they have always been busy.
There is both street parking and parking behind the store available for customers. It is located in a rather awkward position though. They are on the main road right by the lights, so the entrance is quite hidden beside the store and a set or terrace houses.
I think this place is a good quick meal option if you’re in the area, however I wouldn’t come out of my way to dine at this take out joint.

This place is alright if you’re keen for a gourmet burger and don’t mind paying for one. However, I couldn’t help but feel unfulfilled with my burger; not the size but the taste. A little bit too expensive for my liking, but I must admit the burgers here are big. Not too greasy as well, which is a bonus.
The staff here was friendly and quick to acknowledge me, and my order didn’t take long at all to make, so I will definitely come back in the future. I think next time I’ll try one of their kebabs and see if I fare any better.
