The service is great I took about an hour just looking the staff are great and full of information and we’re happy to get items from the back for you to look at!!! Great service and a great brand

I came in to have my wallet hotstamped and they end up showing me some purses I liked that weren’t online and only in store. It really is a great experience to come to their store. Wish they would serve champagne while you get your LV monogrammed like the Rodeo Drive store! ;) Will have to come back to get a mon monogram item on my list.

A monogramed handbag and a bad attitude.
Sorry. This is an undeniably beautiful shop. It’s exquisite. The staff are exquisite. Even the doorman is exquisite. The window displays are the kind that stop you in the street just to stand and stare.
I guess I’m just not much of a fan. Gucci clothing is gorgeous but the next time I run into an LV mongramed handbag with a woman attached to it, I think I’ll scream. What is it about those bags? It’s like they went from desirable and exclusive, to a symbol for ‘money can’t buy you taste’ overnight.
I’d much rather drool next door in Gucci. Again, sorry.
