One of the best breakfast places in ALL of New Zealand! I had tw oeggs, toast, and any kind of coffee/​latte for only $ 10.50. The service and restaurant were wonderful. I would highly recommend Sierra when in Devonport!

With so many awesome boutique cafes around, the chain cafes often get avoided and forgotten. Sierra is a café you can always guarantee on to leave satisfied.
I visited the Devonport Sierra this morning with a friend while walking our dogs. Devonport is so so lovely and a must-​visit for everyone coming to Auckland. Be warned though, you’ll probably want to stay.
Walking down through the quaint little town we came across Sierra and knew it was going to be good. We sat outside watching the world go by and waiting for the sun to peak out from behind the clouds. The place was pretty full for a Wednesday morning, mostly of women in yoga gear — ah the life. We ordered coffee and eggs on toast which came to $ 9.50 each. Such a good deal considering the size of the portion, the yummy 5 grain toast and the tastiness.
The service was prompt and relaxed and the coffee was smooth and strong. It was such a nice place to sit and chat, and if you;re on your own, they have a great selection of papers and magazines.
