Falls man was essen will, kann man wählen zwischen süßem Gebäck, Kuchen o.ä. Super! Gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis: z. B. Cappuccino um 2.60 €, Croissant um 1.80 €.

TL;DR at the bottom… I decided I did not want the same old breakfast consisting of something repetitive and instant coffee. I opened the Unilocal this morning, and this places game up first our of the recommended locations to have breakfast. It was nearby, was a good place to work, and of course, had excellent reviews. I ordered a cappuccino, a chocolate croissant, and a Melanzani Sandwich. Capuccino was one of the best I had ever had. Complete with latte art, it was the right size(bug enough to not run out after one sip, but small enough to retain flavor) The thing was quite flavorful too, I could taste a mild, perfectly roasted, high quality coffee being used. Rather than just have espresso diluted with steamed milk, there was serious flavor here. Does not immediately come with water on the side as is typically Viennese, but there are large decanters with water so you can pour yourself water as much as you want. The Chocolate Croissant was good, but I have to admit it was not super spectacular. It was light and airy, but could have used a slightly more flaky dough, and a little but more chocolate filling. Even though I would have liked a little more chocolate, I DID really like the balance of chocolate to dough in this croissant. As for the sandwich, it was quite good, I liked the blending of the quality ingredients inside, one of which i know for a fact was eggplant, but I did not divert too much attention to the others. My only gripe with it is that the bread, while of high quality was a little too hard. While I understand the need to have a firm bread so that sandwich does not fall apart, this one needed more effort than usual to bite through. Now, were it not for my ordering of some tea at the end of my meal I would have given this place only 4 stars because of the croissant and sandwich. Tea was what led to the award of the coveted 5 star rating. Rather than charge a bunch of money for a mug of hot water and a tea bag that costs pennies, this place does something different. They brew your tea just for you out off loose leaf teas they have. They brew it into a small decanter(I think about 300 ml or so) and and serve it to you with a glass on the side. This way, you can pour yourself several small glass of tea, and can share your decanter with someone else. When I ordered black tea, they offered me what I believe was Darjeeling or Earl Grey. They also offered to let me smell the tea, and were perfectly okay with brewing a blend of the two for me. That said Service was excellent. Really nice, professional, and English speaking. I tried speaking German at first, but when i could not understand something, they helped my out by speaking English.(While it is true they had no real way of knowing, I think my accent and clothing way have strongly hinted at this fact) TL;DR: 1. Excellent Cappuccino 2. Excellent Tea 3. Good, well balanced Chocolate Croissant 4. Great but slightly too firm Melanzani Sandwich 5. Superb Service

It is not to far from the main attractions and is a very hip little spot for a coffee. The menu is in English and the guys behind the bar spoke English as well. I found this place on Unilocal and it was on our way to the underground so we stopped for a coffee. The inside is very nice, ample seating and it was very busy. We ordered two double espressos and they were very nice. A bit of citrus and a more earthy taste. The two guys, one I assume is the owner, really knew what they were doing, so I stopped by the next morning for another coffee. The service was excellent and the gentleman who runs it was exceptionally friendly and polite. They do offer pastries and some cakes as well as a few sandwiches I think. It is a nice spot for a coffee and a book if you have the time while in Vienna!

Love love love this place! I stumbled upon this gem by recommendation of a friend who lives in Vienna. I am currently sitting here, sipping the best latte I have had in a long time and eating their Mini Guglhupf, a tiny cake with chocolate glazing. They offer free wifi and the atmosphere is cosy and modern at the same time. The staff and the owner are super nice, bathrooms clean and clientele very pleasant. I will come back here in the next few days until my visit is over.

Great coffee place! I thoroughly enjoyed the great cold brew, free WiFi, free water, great outdoor seating and tasteful décor. It’s also helpful that the owner speaks great English. Will come back very soon!

Super cute coffee café down the street from our hotel. Me and my friends were wandering up and down the street, looking for a place for coffee and people watching in 97 degree weather and came across this little gem. The barista was friendly and helpful, making us delicious drinks. I enjoyed watching her hand-shake the milk to top my iced latte. The drink was smooth and didn’t need too much sugar(which is crazy cuz I always need lots of sugar in my coffee!). Loved the décor and artsy atmosphere. Will probably be back in our time here!

Weiter so!!!

Fantastic coffee! Another one of these new New Wave coffee places where you can taste the quality and passion in each sip of the tasty beverage. The ambiance is nice too. It is close to Webster University so you’ll find a lot of students and a very international crowd. The happiness of the barista(grey-haired ponytail) who clearly loves his job, made us jealous when we left and ponder about life and how money is clearly not the key to being happy. His positive attitude was infectious! If you find yourself in the 2nd district on that side and crave a coffee, I recommend this as a must.

Bobo –Style goes Praterstraßn Qualitativer, perfekt zubereiteter Kaffee. Ausgesprochen guter Chai Latte. Trotz Selbstbedienung sehr teuer! Nein Danke! Gemütlich Kaffee trinken spielst ned… Aber stylisch is scho…
