A little over priced for what you get. It does have a cool atmosphere but the food is mediocre at best. My family is from here so I have been to a bunch of places for mofongo and honestly theirs is really bad… I guess if you don’t know any better you would think differently but if you want authentic mofongo– this is not the place… But the sangria’s are really good!

So impressed with this little gem! We found this restaurant here on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. So glad we did. It’s a charming place with traditional craft and paintings. The owner is fully involved and served us from beginning to end. The food was freshly made to order and absolutely DELICIOUS! And if you like coffee, try the Flan de café for dessert. You won’t be disappointed!
If your a tourist in the Ponce area and would like to try traditional Puerto Rican food, this is definitely the place to go. And if you’re a local, APOYEMOS LO NUESTRO!

This place is awesome! Food and service are superb. After a particularly rough morning, this was the perfect experience to get us back on track. First, the coffee was great. The Pollo mofongo was heavenly and my husband’s Carne fritas was tasty. We were treated so well and left happy and full. Great décor too.
