Fast Review: Business Model is build your own pizza from menu choices. Ordered ToGo whole wheat Margherita Pizza with roasted mushrooms. If looking for a thinner crust, single serve size 10 — 12″ then this is a good place to order. We split one pizza and there’s enough to satisfy if you wait for your brain to tell you you’ve had enough, but you might want to order a pie for each person. The pie compares to a slice and ½ to a typical NY slice in my opinion. Mushrooms were fresh and we actually forgot we had ordered whole wheat and the crust was very good. I might have given 4 stars if not for my NY roots. I think most will be happy to have a tasty not too overfilling meal. If you add a salad you will have enough for a light satisfying dinner for two when ordering just one pie. Probably no Leftovers for cold pizza in the morning :-). More Details: Again, we picked up a ToGo and we arrived about 20 mins from placing order. Our pie was coming up upon arrival. Automatically provided condiments and plastic /napkins for ToGo. The Margherita Pizza, $ 7.5, itself is not a «Classic» Margherita Pizza. You will need to add Basil and Sliced tomatoes to the order for add’l $ 3. The jest of the business model if eating on site is you order your basic style pizza and then build what you want on it. The menu makes it easy to figure out what you want. They also have different«House Pie» choices. Many basic add on ingredients are $ 1 ea. And go up to $ 3 ea. TIP: Each day they have a Daily special Pizza Pie that is multi ingredent for I think $ 9.95. Includes free soda. You will save a few bucks ordering vs ordering off traditional menu. Final: Fresh and taste is excellent. Not a NY style pie. Personal style. If looking for a typical NY size large pie this is not the place for you.

There are certain things you remember as a child and pizza in PR has always been something I’ve cherished having once in a while. The main reason they use Chorizo as one the ingredients rather than pepperoni. So the minute I saw this place in front of the doubletree. I set on the quest of getting me a chorizo pie. To my surprise the pizza is made right in front of you. You chose the dough and the ingredients the sauce, everything you want on it. Everything looked fresh and when it came out it was out of this world. It was that immediate connection that food has to remind you or take you back to the past. Sensory overload. Great pizza. Now I how they have this back on the main land. Although even if they do they probably won’t have the chorizo. So it will be until my next trip to PR. The longing begins again. :)

Seleccionas los ingredientes y preparan la pizza frente a ti. Buena selección de cervezas y tres opciones de barril. Un ambiente restaurante tipo fast casual. Muy bueno, se puede repetir varias veces al año.

I was staying at Hilton next to them — this place served simple, clean pizza and was conveniently close. For my entire stay I daily had their Meat-less veggie pizza for brunch. No guilt as it was so healthy. RECOMMENDED.

This place is awesome! The food is great and the staff is very nice and accommodating. My friend and I wanted ice cream and brownies and they accommodated us! They put the brownie in a bowl with ice cream and brought it to our table! Awesome! A must eat!

Delicious and fantastic location. The toppings are SOFRESH and the service is fast. They have white, whole wheat and gluten free crusts. They have pretty much any topping you could want in a pizza. We’re staying at the Doubletree and this was a great and convenient lunch. If you like brick oven thin crust… This is your place. Bonus– great beer selection.

So, this place is in front of an artisanal pizza place. But what more artisanal than making your own damn pizza? I mean, I had to control myself from asking for every topping. It’s like the Subway of pizzas! It was a little pricey, but you’re making your own pizza, so, you know. Just go with it! The sangria is also good. Not amazing, but good.(Who drinks sangria with pizza anyway?! Pizza and beer/coke forever!) (My friend does. My friend drinks sangria with pizza) Also, parking at the hotel is free for up to an hour. Yeah! Saved you the time of looking for a parking AND complaining of how much it would cost to park at the hotel parking lot. You’re welcome!

As a resident of Condado, I highly recommend Fahrenheit Pizza. I believe it is one of the best pizzerias in all of Puerto Rico. The ingredients are always fresh and the service is consistently excellent. Unlimited Parmesan cheese and free parking are the cherry on top. Needless to say, I am a regular here and will continue to be. Sidenote: The owners are two brothers who also founded Buns Burger Shop, which I also highly recommend if you’re after burgers in Condado.

Overall good but very slow. Takes 10 minutes for the guy just to stretch the dough. And if he rips it he has to start all over. Not the most efficient w getting people served fast.

This is not your ordinary pizza place — for State-siders familiar with Blaze Pizza, it is set up exactly the same way, Chipotle-ordering style. The first choice you have is what kind of dough you want your thin crust pizza to be. The wheat is excellent, I got it for health reasons but honestly you can’t tell much difference in taste. Then you have around 6 different sauces to choose from, including a mozzarella layer which is literally made from a generous hunk of mozzarella cheese. Yum. Finally you get your choice of the freshest local ingredients that run between $ 1 – 2 a pop. I loaded up my pizza for a grand total of $ 13. And that lasted me for another meal. They also have a really good selection of craft beers and ciders, including some of my favorite lambic beers. Highly recommend Fahrenheit!

Good pizzas conveniently located next to the Doubletree hotel. The carnivore and meatless are great choices. The Verde sauce is a good if you want to try something different than the traditional red sauce. They offer various beer and wines. I would eat here again. Nice service and good pizza…

Innovative pizza style personalized with good options. Thin crusty style. To my taste didn’t like very much the olive oil on edges, however others did like it. Location and ambient is great. Unlimited soda is also a plus.

We ordered a margherita pizza with mushrooms on a whole wheat crust, a glass of sangria, and a beer. Pizza was tasty, staff was friendly, service was quick, and drinks were good. My friend was really happy with the craft beer selection. Pretty affordable, as well! And I enjoyed the spicy olive oil. Nice touch!

This was one of the coolest pizza places I been to in a long time. They have a different server for each part of your pizza. You get two choice of fresh white dough or for the heathy guys and gals a choice of whole wheat dough. They have so many delicious fresh toppings to choose from. I can highly recommend getting a nice cold one with your pizza. The local Puerto Rican beer called medalla. If you guys didn’t see in one of my pictures, they don’t sell slices, instead you have your own personal pie which isn’t so bad. This place gets four stars because of the freshness of their ingredients and the taste.

I was told about this place since my husband and I are pizza lovers and honestly it was amazing. I had an whole wheat dough pizza with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and prosciutto. My husband had a bread dough pizza with marinara sauce, pepperoni and chorizo which he loved it. Also they gave us a sample of Nutella empanadas which were very good! I loved how they explain the whole process of the«pizza making» and how can you choose each fresh ingredient. The place has a nice relax ambience great for couples or groups, or if you want to go by yourself too. The staff was very friendly, service was quick and the pizzas delicious. We will definitely come back as soon as I can!!!

This is a must stop for tourists or locals. Wonderful service with love and care put into each pizza. You have the options to build your own personal pizza on white or wheat and you build as you go. One caution(it’s a good one) you must order the meatballs. Served piping hot out of the oven with fresh bread for $ 6. Serves alcohol with 50 beer or wine selection.

This place is located at Gallery Plaza near the tourist area of el Condado in Puerto Rico. The local looks well lighters due to huge windows in the back and modern. Basically like a regular pizzeria nothing fancy. The concept is basically choose all your ingredients for your 8 in or 4 slices pizza. from the crust(wheat or regular), the sauce(pesto, Alfredo, tomato), the cheese to the toppings. Once you tell the cooks the will charge you and then will put your pizza in the wood oven to be prepared. Simple it usually takes less than 15 minutes after you pay but the will give you a buzzer to let you know when it’s prepared. We went with a Big group so they got kind of confused about which pizza was ready and what kind of tipping it included. That was a little disappointing. The place it’s pricey and the fountain sodas are $ 2.00 each. But in general it’s OK.
