Everything was excellent. But if you state in your menu Argentinian stile empanadas there is no frying. Empanadas are baked or they are not Argentinian at all.

Excellent place for an authentic Argentinean Pizza! I’m from Argentina and the menu is extraordinary! They even have Faina! They are a true gem in San Juan! I didn’t like the beef empanadas very much however my wife enjoyed her spinach empanada. Overall a delicious find.

Had a reservation for the Lunch PreFix Menu at Nonna but those guys are not ready to handle the lunch crowd!!! No valet parking in a place with no parking. So we went to Piola and had a great time. «Queso Fundido» was a must. We shared a half and half of the«Bori» and the all meat pizza. Service was ok. Décor very funky. Not 5 stars because the short list of beers.

A bit off the beaten path(maybe 4 blocks or so…) for tourists staying along the strip of beachside hotels, but WORTHEVERYSTEP!!! Absolutely fresh and delicious. Our group is from CT/NYC area and we thought it rivaled back home. Got the arugula salad, spinach salad, and two pizzas. **note, as it’s more of a local spot, the menu is solely in Spanish and staff don’t all speak English. They are fabulously helpful and even if you don’t speak it, surely a few translations on your phone and you’ll be good to go!

We ended up opting for sandwiches instead of pizza. They were amazing and huge. It was enough to eat the next day for lunch as well! Staff was nice and attentive.

Love love love this place! Nice décor, warm lighting, very cozy. The food is amazing, the menu is a bit limited, but the pizza menu is very large and has a lot of options. I don’t mind though because its the best pizzas in town by far and to top it off the prices are great. Great service!

Hands down the BEST pizza I’ve ever had in my life! And I eat my share of pizza. Got the medium(smallest size as I was told) meat lovers. So delicious! It was about $ 24 but worth it! We got it twice. I WILL be returning to PR to do more things and this place is on my list for certain. Do not pass this place up. Very convenient to doubletree Hilton and in the condado area. Loved it!

At first I was hesitant because this pizza joint is relatively new, but I’m glad I took a chance on this place because everything about it rocks. The décor and lighting is warm and subtle. Waiters are friendly and attentive. I ordered the risotto and lobster croquettes(croquetas de risotto y langosta), they were delicious, I highly recommend them. You can’t go wrong with the pizza. The crust and toppings were baked to perfection. One of the best pizzas I’ve tried in a long time. Give a try, you’ll be happy you did.

Simple menu with amazing cocktails. Had the steak and papas fritas. I think there was a hint of truffle oil. Off the beaten path but worth the detour!

We visited this place while staying in San Juan for a few days. We were staying right down the street and decided to check it out. I am so glad we did! The menu is all in Spanish but the waitress spoke English and helped us out quite a bit. We got the baked brie with garlic as an appetizer and OMG it was so good. Highly recommended. We got a pizza to share and it was amazing. It had Italian sausage, pepperoni, and bacon on it. The crust was crisp but not too thin nor too thick. The service was excellent and their beers were cheap, Stella Artois was $ 3! We wish we could have eaten here again but we didn’t get a chance. If we’re ever in San Juan again you can bet we’ll be back. Super cute décor, as well, along with a full bar setup. Stop in for a drink or amazing food!

Excellent food!!! After talking with the marvelous bartender(Ricardo with whom you should sit at the bar and have him dazzle you with a tamarind mojito) told me everything that can is made in house(bread, pizza dough, sauces, desserts, etc). I had a Humita empanada which was very good. But the star of the night was definitely the Pizza(half Almagro/Half Urquiza) with a splash of garlic olive oil made in house. YUMMM! After all that greatness only at the end did it miss the mark. After my bill was already processed I notice I was over charged to which Ricardo(the bartender) responded quickly and called the manager. The manager on the other hand, clearly had no idea how to process a void. Given that I’ve worked on the restaurant business on my earlier years it baffled me. But at the need the food was excellent and the monitor ONPOINT! I will be coming back with my friends and DEFINITELY sit at the bar.

Delicious pizza. Great variety of combinations. The service is a bit slow but the quality of the food makes up for it. I suggest you try the chorizos parrilleros or the albondigas to start. We had a cheese pizza, a chorizo pizza and a ham one. All were excellent. We ended the meal with a chocolate mousse. We will probably come again.
