Café Gallay is a real gem. It has a relatively small menu but what they do, they do very well. The café has lovely ambiance without any pretension and they try to focus on locally sourced produce and wine. Be prepared to wait a while for the food and enjoy a few glasses of a good Geneva wine.

An ambtious cook makes for excellent cuisine at reasonable prices (by Geneva standards that is).
The staff are friendly and sitting inside or outside is very pleasant.
