I honestly wonder if the lunch is different from dinner or if people are writing reviews for a different creperie when they say these are good. The photos posted before look absolutely nothing like what we were served tonight. This may have been the worst meal I’ve ever had and that includes the plate of locusts I was served once on a trip to China. With absolute seriousness, I have had better microwaved hot pockets. At least when I microwave something it is hot. My crêpe was microwaved first(the waitress confirmed this when I asked), then my husbands and so by the time they brought them out, mine had a congealed pool of cheese oil on top and was semi-lukewarm. Crêpe was, well, microwaved, doughy, no crispy edge in sight. Worst crepes we have ever tried to have. I tried one congealed bite and could not eat any more. Then the waitress was rude when I said I could not eat it. I almost gave it 2 stars because the young man working there was quite nice but this was just the worst crêpe I’ve ever ever ever tried.

We stopped in for a warm drink and snack during an afternoon of sightseeing. We ordered a savory crêpe, with smoked salmon, lemon, tomatoes, lettuce, and roe. Everything was fresh and tasty. The crêpe itself was a little heavy on the oil. Also ordered a espresso and hot chocolate– everything standard there. This is a 3 star because the service was terrible. For the four employees working, there were only four tables occupied. Our drinks ran empty half way through without a chance to order a new one. We asked 3 times for our bill and waited an additional 15 minutes– before finally getting up, putting on our coats, and waving our cash in the air.

I love this place and go every time I am in Geneva. Its simple but yet so special. The galette is my favorite, in particular their version of galette forestière(ham, cheese, egg…). These galettes are made with buckwheat flour, as they should be. Crepes are made with wheat flour and come with a sweet filling, galette has to be made with buckwheat or else its not the real deal! Going here takes me back to Brittany. The prices are very reasonable and they have great French cider served in small bowls, too!

My husband and I found this place while sightseeing at a nearby cathedral. The food was absolutely amazing! The portion was so big that I almost could not finish. Our crepes were definitely better than American-style crepes which are small and insubstantial. They offered a wide variety of dessert crepes and those topped with savory ingredients. Eating here is a must if you enjoy good food.
