Nice place for lunch. We sat outside during a sunny day in Geneva. Had a coffee first then Salad, Club and sandwich all were good. Waitress was very nice. Would recommend this place for lunch.

Sweetest place to brunch in Geneva ! I really felt like i was having breakfast at my grandmother’s with the décor of a small chalet in the Swiss Alps ! Everything is wooden, very nice and supposed to make you feel at home… Without the inconvenience of cooking ! The bread was very nice and fresh, the jams excellent and the eggs well cooked. There are small problems too, tho. I am a 1.85 tall guy, and i was lacking space for my legs on those small tables. I know it s not a big deal, but eh… You have to find problems everywhere(Don’t you !?). Also, i found the the prices a little bit high, for a brunch, but affordable if you are planning on staying there for a while. As a conclusion, this seems like one of the best place to go, on a saturday morning after a night of going out ! Ps. It is also possible to buy products to take away.(Bread, Jams, pastries etc…)

Le Pain Quotidien is a very sweet place to eat! Everything is so fresh and yummyy :) the food there is organic and therefor very healthy. We went there for brunch and it was very good! I had granola(yoghurt & fruits) The waitress was a bit stressed but still friendly. I can highly recommend it, it’s a «must try»!!

This is a classic hangout for expats, especially on sundays from Brunch. The décor is just like any other Pain Quotidien and the quality of the food is consistent with that the chain offers world-wide. Prices are pretty reasonable as per Geneva standards, too. The brunch is pretty basic, you have a choice of breads, oatmeals, wheat products, a juice and coffee or tea. You can also add an egg of choice(scrambled or soft-boiled). There is something I haven’t really seen before, and that is chasing after the jams. Should your table not have your jam of choice, you are welcomed to hunt it down amongst other patrons and take back to your table. It’s a nice concept, unless that table also enjoys the fig spread or the orange marmalade, then it’s just inconvenient. Something I found alarming and all-too-horrifying was that their«scrambled eggs» are made in the microwave. They stick them in a glass and voila. Clearly, I will never order those. Other than that, they are a pretty decent, solid choice should you want brunch, just a coffee, or artisanal breads to take home.

I was walking by this place and was attracted to walk in by the great use of stone and wood décor and fresh bread smells coming out the door. The café was very bright and many people were sitting and enjoying their lunch. The space is a bit small and narrow, but they have done a good job of spacing the tables, and most tables are long and you share with others. The staff spoke English and was very nice. You can order to take away or sit down and review a menu and order from the table. There are daily fresh specials to chose from, and I chose the jambon cru + hummus wrap with carrot soup for only 16CHF. I also tried one of their home made ice teas which was fantastic. I was reading a pamphlet while I waited for my food, and they pride themselves in using organic and local products as much as possible. They also sell many of the items that they use(Jam, hazelnut spread, loaves of bread, etc). The food was fresh and tasty. I loved that they had fresh ground pepper and salt. I was enjoying my time here and decided to choose one of the many fresh yummy fruit tarts — Pear and Chocolate to go with an espresso. The espresso came with a small pitcher of fresh warmed milk. While the coffee itself wasn’t the greatest, a bit of fresh brown sugar and the warm milk helped that along. Next time I will need to try some of their tea, which I later noticed everyone seemed to be getting.
