Affordable, fast Japanese dishes and decent sushi. If your item is not already in the display section, they make it to order(which is better than Ekai nearby). The hot dishes taste okay and are filling. It’s inconsistent though; usually good but sometimes bad. Service is mediocre. The cashiers are always changing and clueless about the menu and prices. Many times I had to correct them on the prices of items or messed up orders. Overall: decent value for money, good hours and location, staff need better training.

Convenient location, decent sushi, reasonable prices for Geneva but the selection tends to be picked over by the evening.

HI. As promised, I went back to Wasabi to try the Sushi. Once again it was crazy busy as ever, even though I went for a late lunch around 1:00pm. I chose an assortment of their freshly made sushi, you can see the guys behind the bar working away like mad to crunch out more sushi wonders. I wasn’t yelled at this time by a rude cashier, and I discovered something I had noticed before, there is a room with tables and chairs back behind the cashier. It is hard to see when the tiny store front is packed, as many take their goods to go. But, there is seating, back behind through a narrow door. Look closely, or you might miss the door to the larger seating area. The sushi tasted as good as it looked. My purse was just lighter than I would have liked it to be afterwords. You definitely pay for sushi in Switzerland, but that probably also is because we are a land locked country. :) If you like sushi, and want to splurge, definitely check this place out. I noticed they just opened another location near the exit of the metro underground shopping at the Gare Cornavin in Geneva, on the other side of the street from the Starbucks.
