Lovely and unique. Very cheap for such a great and high quality dishes. The service was great and It was easy to feel how much fun the owners are having from making those special pancakes. Highly recommended.

MAKE A RESERVATION — I think I have to say this is the best piece of advice that I have read on Unilocal.Reservations are really easy to make — so make one before you head over there because there are only a few tables and I’ve seen the two owners constantly turn away customers due to the lack of seating. Other than that, I would HIGHLYHIGHLY recommend banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter & syrup pancakes. I’ve been here about four times and I have to order the brown sugar one every time because otherwise, I regret it. I do not recommend the marshmallow & nutella pancakes for sweet. For savory: I highly recommend the bacon, cheddar, green onion and my friend always ordered the maple bacon. Den Noc is in Old Town and definitely accessible. I would stop by for a delicious breakfast/brunch at a moderate price! One of my favorite spots to take friends when they had visited Prague when I was studying abroad!

Fearly new, cute little store in a side-street. We all had pancakes which were all very delicious, but the portions could have been much bigger concidering the price. The waitress was very friendly, although the place was packed. I would recommend reserving since they don’t have so many tables.

I stumbled upon this tiny place on Unilocal.I made a reservation via Unilocal and was all set. This was one of the most remarkable breakfasts I’ve ever eaten.(and I work in food and beverage!) We ordered: –banana, bacon, butter & syrup pancakes –bacon, cheddar, green onion & butter pancakes –banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter & syrup pancakes They were all amazing. They were piping hot, melted in your mouth, and the perfect cure to a hangover. I begged my husband to go back the next day they were so good! If you’re in Prague and looking for a great breakfast, look no further! I highly recommend making a reservation because the place is tiny(6 tables total) and it fills up fast. Enjoy!

Oh my yum! This was the best place we ate during our weekend getaway in Prague. My boyfriend isn’t that into food(unlike me) yet he raved about this place and even recommended it to a friend planning a Prague visit. It’s that good! We came at around 10:30 am but were seated immediately. However they were already out of their chocolate pancakes that early in the morning. We ordered a hot chocolate and latte macchiato, two orange juices, bread with butter and jam, and yogurt with granola to start. The espresso drinks were delicious! We were expecting fresh orange juice but it was straight from a carton. The bread was more like toast(we, being from Paris, were expecting baguettes). Menu read marmalade of choice but we were given a berry jam. Yogurt read«fresh» but they gave us a jar. It was still good! For our meal we ordered two savory pancakes, bacon, cheddar with green onion and the ricotta, pesto, ham with a fried egg on top(additional), and a sweet one to finish, the lemon cream! The pancakes were all amazing. Portions aren’t huge but they aren’t tiny either. The pancakes are kind of mushy but they work. The lemon cream one really surprised us. It was just the right amount of tangy and combined with the sourness of the cream and the sweet crunchy candied pecans, the whole dish was phenomenal. You really can’t go wrong with the food here. The ambiance is super cozy too! It was snowing a lot outside and we were seated by the Windows. Service was warm too! Whole meal came out to 705CZK which is about 26 €. Great great food for good prices!

Pretty cool place to grab a light breakfast. I ordered their spinach pork and garlic pancakes. It was pretty good but definitely not something that’s going to fill up an American like me. I should have gone with a stack of savory and a stack of sweet to get my day started.

First visit to Prague! This elegant restaurant was conveniently located below the apartment I stayed in. The restaurant was well-kept, clean, great décor, and soft jazz music played in the background which really capitalized the ambiance. The waiter/waitress were friendly, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone that’s in the mood for some pancakes. I ordered the scramble eggs with pancakes and bacon. It was deliciousness in my mouth! Small portion size, but filling at the same time. I washed it down with some freshly squeezed orange juice and Earl Grey green tea. I have nothing else to say about this cozy restaurant other than you must visit.

Brilliant find!!! I had white wine and a stack of apple, cinnamon and honey pancakes. The pancakes were perfect if a little too small. They specialise in pancakes. There’s a great choice of sweet and savoury pancakes. The two girls working the morning we were there with both v pleasant and spoke English. The menu is also translated. Down a side street in Old Town, definitely worth a visit here.

Very small but well spaced and two wonderful girls serving. The pancakes are small maybe too small because they are so wonderful and fluffy. I had mine with Salmon and dill and it was layered which was a nice change. Washed down with a lovely glass of chardonnay. The menu is simple and maybe they should also offer some baked goods to have with a coffee. I won’t be picky so it’s a 5 as they are putting allot of heart into this place and well done to them.

I wasn’t wild about this place. It’s really small and everyone was talking in hushed tones like in a library. My pancakes with bananas, butter mouse and maple sugar were way to mushy and buttery for my taste. On a positive note the girls working there were incredibly nice and the cappuccino was good.

If you’re looking for a fancy pancake brunch in Prague, then this is the spot! The space here is quite small, however, so it’s best to come on off hours as there are literally maybe 7 small tables available. If you’re dining with one other person, I’d suggest ordering three different pancakes. One savory per person and a dessert on to share. This is what my wife and I did, because they aren’t very large dishes, but they are definitely big on flavor. Three orders of the pancakes here also won’t make you feel disgustingly bloated like at most U.S. pancake/breakfast diners. We settled on the(1) ricotta, basil pesto, and ham,(2) goat cheese, mushrooms, and thyme, and(3) the bioláda plum, sour cream, and gingerbread. I personally liked the savory ones slightly better than the sweet one that we ordered, but they were still all very delicious and well crafted. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in Prague looking for a good meal that’s not focused on meat, dumplings, or beer. They do, however, have a ton of seemingly very good wines here!

We hunted down this place because it had great reviews — it did not disappoint, the pancakes were amazing!!! We opted for the banana & bacon ones to start and finished on the Nutella, curd + marshmallow ones which was a harmonious combination! Owner/waitress lovely and service was quick and attentive! Coffee delicious and Crockery modern + funky. Great interior with a cute story of how a married couple have come together to bake and serve wine! Wouldn’t hesitate to go back if we were in Prague for longer… in fact we could see it is probably a locals favorite! Still dreaming about our pancakes!

Props to my Unilocal friend Mike B for reviewing this place! The breakfast here is so amazing, I visited twice during my short trip to Prague. If you like pancakes, you absolutely MUST come here. I’m a bit of a pancake fanatic, and the Unilocal photos of Den Noc had me drooling. The restaurant is practically the size of a postage stamp, so you may have to wait for a table. Trust me, it’s worth it. You can get menus in English and the staff speak English quite well. On my first visit, I had the chocolate pancakes with sour cherries. The portion looks small, but the dish is filling. The chocolate flavor on the pancakes is not overpowering. Although the dish is rather rich, it was delicious. I brought my husband on my second visit. He tried the pancakes with cheddar, bacon, and green onion. There is no sauce or syrup for this dish, so it’s a little dry, but still very good. I had the bacon banana pancakes, which came with maple syrup. Again, very good. Den Noc has an espresso maker, and they make tiny servings of excellent coffee. I’d heard coffee in Prague isn’t good, but that was not the case here. I wish I could transport this place to my home town!

WOW. The most interesting pancake house I have ever been to and just hands down one of the cutest breakfast/brunch places i have ever been to with the sweetest waitress. You first walk in and are greeted by a sweet Czech lady and you see walls of wine as decoration — what could get better than that? Ordered a soy cappucino which was good but nothing out of the ordinary that I’ve had and then shared 3 plates of savory and sweet pancakes and these pancakes are to DIEFOR. Each plate of pancakes come with a stalk of 4 fluffy small to medium sized pancakes but don’t be fooled because they fill you up FAST. First was the mushroom and ham pancakes which are a much cleaner eats if you do not like cheese and thus this stack of pancakes was a lot lighter. In between each layer were filled with ingredients. Then had the brie with pesto and ham pancakes which was also delicious because the cheese held the pancakes together like a creamy, savory feeling. This is heavier though so come with an emptier stomach for this! Last one was a sweet stack of brown sugar pancakes with bananas on the side and this was one of my favorites as the brown sugar melted perfectly to create the right amount of softness to the pancakes which were then supported by the creaminess of the banana. Also read the cute story of the origin of this restaurant on the menu cover :)

Even though Den Noc already has great reviews I couldn’t resist the urge to write another one. If you visit Prague you surely have to go to this cute little bistro. It’s a little bit hidden away in a not so busy street but i’ts worth your while. The pancakes with cherries are so fantastic! A little secret, I normally don’t like cherries that much but these are amazing. I loved it! My boyfriend had the breakfast pancakes with bacon and you can smell the scent of the bacon when they are making it. Everything is made fresh by order and you can taste it. Only thing I wished different is the fresh orange juice, it wasn’t cooled and because it was very hot outside a chilled orange juice would be great. But hé you can’t have it all.

Delicious! We found this place one of our last days in Prague. If we had found it earlier, we would have eaten here every day! This is a small operation. There are 4 tables total. We ordered 3 different pancakes and they were all delicious. It was hard to pick a favorite. The Bacon, banana, maple syrup pancakes were great! My favorite was the cinnamon, sugar, butter, banana. Everything is made fresh when you order it. The pancakes are really really cheap for the quality! If we are ever back in Prague, be guaranteed that we will be at this amazing pancake place each and every day. Make reservations. Closed Mondays.

We walked 20 minutes in 95+ degree heat on a hot summer day in Prague to try out the infamous pancakes(according to Unilocal), and let me tell you, it was absolutely worth the trek. How good was it? So good that I would fly to Prague just for these pancakes. Den Noc is a quaint shop that seats no more than 20 people, max. Brunch spot in the AM, a wine bar in the PM, Den Noc is owned by a very friendly husband and wife team. My friend and I ordered the buttered, brown sugar, cinnamon and banana pancakes. No joke, within 3 minutes, my friend had cleared her plate and placed a 2nd order for the same dish. Yes, it was that good. To say we inhaled our food is an understatement. This might have been one of the best pancakes of my life. If you find yourself in Prague, you MUST stop by Den Noc for breakfast. I can’t rave about it enough!

Den Noc, Day Night. By day they serve the most amazing pancakes, and by night it’s a wine bar. We visited for brunch while in Prague recently and so only experienced the former, but I’d highly recommend it. Situated between the Stare Mesto and the Jewish Quarter, it’s down a wee street that’s easy to miss, but as a result is a bit cheaper than most places in the area. The pancakes, it transpires, aren’t just topped. They’re layered. That’s right, my bacon, banana and maple syrup pancakes had said bacon, banana and maple syrup between each pancake. A-may-zing. Frankly that’s the only way I’ll eat pancakes from now on!

Fantastic breakfast all around. The pancakes(both sweet and savory) are amazing. All the pancakes come in stacks of four with fillings in between each layer. The coffee is the best I’ve had in Prague. The«bacon» is as close to(but better than) American bacon as we’ve found in Prague. Another great find thanks to Unilocal. We got the ricotta and basil pesto savory pancakes and the chocolate pancakes with cherries. Both were good, but I think the ricotta and pesto stood out more. The light and fluffy pancakes helped to mellow out the thick, rich ricotta and pest while the slightly-salty and other flavors came out beautifully. The chocolate and cherries were great too and not so sweet that you couldn’t finish them. There’s only 6 tables for two(that can be combined in pairs to make them for four) in the place, so it’s super-cozy, but it might be hard to find a seat when it’s busier. The hostess was super-attentive and incredibly nice about everything. The coffee was also stunningly good. So good that everyone at the table got two. I had two double espressos that weren’t bitter at all, but just genuinely good, not burnt espresso. My wife had two cappuccinos which looked fantastic and we also got some lattes that were served in an awesome way where you could see the layers of milk, coffee and foam. Come here if you at all can.

Fabulous little spot around the corner from our Airbnb. Charming, cute, and a cozy enclave away from the busy streets of old town square Prague, this is a must for anyone in the vicinity. The staff here are very nice and speak English so it was very easy to order from the menu. My two mornings here were made very special with seating in the nook overlooking the street. I ordered a variety of savory and sweet during my visit here: Ricotta, basil pesto, ham pancakes: made amazingly even better due to the creamy texture of the ricotta cheese. Mushrooms, egg, cheese: the mushrooms were decadent and added a strong smokey flavor to the eggs and cheese. Lemon Cream and Pecans: not too sweet and tart enough as a reminder to the citrus element in the cream. Cinnamon, sugar, butter, banana: reminds me of my favorite Nutella and Bananas crêpe I had in France. This is my go-to spot for breakfast for my future visits to Prague and perhaps even visit during their wine sessions in the evening.
