Then you’ve come to the right spot this Mexican-​American restaurant in the center of Prague will get you with its genuine and distinctive atmosphere, cozy tables and sweet bar wenches :)

I waited 3 hours at the bar so I could have their Thanksgiving dinner special when everyone else was done, since I was unable to make a reservation. Then, they told that I couldn’t order it. 3 hours earlier would have been helpful. Thanks. Way to take care of a visiting American on THE American holiday.
There must be a better American bar in this city. If not, go to an Irish place. Close enough. Rocky O’Reilly is just across the street from this place.

This is a place to head for when in need of some cold Czech beer and a taste of home. There is a garden outside for this fantastic spring weather. Every year i go to Prague i always stop by Jama. It has been around for years. The girls always remember me which always me feel good. I recommend a visit here.

This is my favourite pub and place to have lunch. Now the weather is getting sunnier i am looking forward to getting outside into the hidden garden out back.
The prices are spot on. £3 a lunch. You’re looking at around £3−10 for the menu in general.
The drinks are £1 +
It has good music and good service. I really enjoy going here. Can’t miss location too. Opposite Rocky O’Reilly’s, where all the signs and guys in yellow vests point you towards.

Having reviewed the local next to my workplace i have to send a review of the original Jama in Prague.
This bar is at the very heart of the city. Just off Wenceslas Square. The street opposite the Rocky O’Reilly Irish pub which all the signs point to.
But unlike most places to eat and drink in such a tourist area here you will find food and drink at the lower end of the scale.
Beer for just over a quid. Food for 3 quid in the afternoon. 6 quid at night.
Perfect!
Great staff as you can see from the photo. Good music selection too.
You can have a meal with your partner, be alone with your laptop (wi-​fi) or have a party here.
I recommend Jama to all.

My favourite drinking establishment in the very centre of Prague.
It has everything you could want:
Beer for a pound a pint… less during the daily Happy Hours.
Great beer too. All the products of the special micro-​breweries of the Czech Republic. Not the big multi-​nationals.
The tastiest pub food. Everything from Mexican to English breakfast to vegeterian to finger food like Chicken wings/​fingers to Czech goulash (my favourite is the beef goulash and dumplings).
They have even won awards for their burgers. They have the signs from

The girls doing the work are all really friendly and good at their jobs. Very professional but also a lot of fun.
Plenty of parties here.
As an American i love the football they show Sundays.
It’s American-​owned but the bar is always full of Czechs (always a good sign of value for money) plus a few tourists and expats like me.
