The food was good and the service was so nice. They let us order even thought the kitchen had closed a few minutes earlier which was especially nice given we hadn’t eaten all day.

Great Irish bar with good prices and nice staff. They let me stay past closing time to finish watching my American Football game. Manger made sure everyone was happy with the live sports. 10⁄10

Dining Date March 23, 2015 for Dinner. I think Rocky’s is a bit overrated and over hyped. Stopped in on a Monday night around 10pm. Quickly found a table and ordered a Velvet(which is the reason I came here to begin with). Was served my beer, then proceeded to wait about 15 minutes to get the waitress’ attention to order food. I can’t blame her though, there were only 2 servers working about 20+ tables. My food was OK but nothing great. The dining area was smoky which really turned me off(I was just outside the no-smoking section). Prices are a bit high for what you actually get… average pub food.

Usually awesome atmosphere, especially if there is some important sport event. Friendly and nice service and good beer and meals. These are big advantages of this place. It has its disadvantages though. Overpriced meals. You can get the same quality for cheaper at many other places. Overpriced beer. I understand it by the Guiness and other beers from abroad but not by Czech one. Kind a tourist trap man can say. And also dissapointment is St. Pat´s day. But the situation is the same in most of the irish bars in Prague. Music is mainly international, not really irish. It feels like any other evening. And also no live music. And bartenders are not really friendly(no matter if you are are sauber or drunk). So I can recommend this place to go with friends, to watch some sport event and to have a few beers. But otherwise it´s not really worth it.

AVOIDTHISPLACE!!! There are many other bars in Prague much better than this! This place had the worst and most unprofessional bartenders compared to any place I’ve ever been on this planet(and I was once a bartender). To say they were idiots on New Years Eve 2014⁄15 would be an understatement. They were not only rude but purposely ignored certain customers while dancing with each other and playing behind the bar instead of actually paying attention and serving drinks. If you don’t mind waiting 15 – 20 minutes to get 1 drink even when it’s not busy, this is the place for you. Not only did these idiots lose the owners a lot of money the night I was there, if this is how they are all the time, I doubt this place will keep its doors open much longer. If I were the owners, I would fire every person who worked behind that bar on New Years Eve 2014/15, they are seriously costing them money and good business. I will personally never return to this garbage service.

My friends and I came here twice during our stay in Prague. We were able to fit comfortably to watch the World Cup games. The staff is super friendly and the food was really good. I had a BLT on the first visit and chicken wings on the second. Wow, they were both tasty and definitely filling. I would come back here again.

A cool place, but of course overpriced as nearly any Irish pub in Prague.(By that I for instance mean that to charge almost 100 Kc for an usual toast with beans is a bit too much.) The pub is located next to Vaclavske Namesti and usually full and loud in the evenings. The food is tasty, and the choice of dishes is large, and the same goes for the selection of drinks. You can watch pretty much any big(or not so big, but British) football game there together with many other sports. The service can be slow, but the waitresses are friendly.

I love almost everything about Prague. The one thing I didn’t was the lack of TV’s in bars. Most of the bars in the city don’t show sports and during the winter, it’s usually skiing if they do. Rocky O’Reilly’s was a lifesaver for sports. A friend and I were desperately looking for a place showing some EPL match and we found it here. We didn’t order any food but the beer was good, but a bit on the pricey side. I have also heard they play NFL games here too.

Ok, it is a bit of a tourist trap, but then again, what Irish pub isn’t. Rocky O’Reillys Irish Pub is the perfect spot to take a break from touring the city: the staff is friendly, the food is tasty, and like the rest of the city the beer is good, I believe there is even a website where friends from home can access the bar, so you can coordinate with friends at home, telling them to catch you on camera at such and such time, just ask the bartender. You can;t miss this place for the signs and, at times painted right on the street, are everywhere
