We enjoyed our stay and it all because of the staff. Lucie Kiszelyova went above and beyond during our reservation process that was a year out plus. Our check in was smooth with Ang Li and he provided much assistance through out our stay. The two young girls that took care of us during breakfast and our late night bar antics! Not to mention the young man at the bar who put up with our 16 plus crew! We used the hotel limo and our drivers were great! I can’t say enough how wonderful everyone was. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. Everything you needed. Rooftop, dining, bar. Prefect location without being in the loud city center. Some very nice and quiet restaurants within walking distance. Decent hotel and located in a convenient location! I stayed here twice during my trip to Europe. The first time I got a deluxe room so it was two floors with the bed on the 2nd floor. The hotel is close to the metro and train. You can walk to old town, Charles bridge, dancing house in like 15 – 20 minutes so it’s a good location. Hotel food is decent too if you don’t feel like going out. The hotel is next to a nightclub… not sure if stripclub or not bc there’s a pic of a girl on a pole… but yeah… Hotel driver will take you to airport for 950CK which is pricey but it’s like 200 more than a taxi so it’s whatever. The 2nd time I stayed here I had a suite… SONICE. It was on the 2nd floor and plenty of room. There was a shower and bath… spacious! Club lounge has sandwiches in the afternoon and meats/cheese for breakfast. Staff is friendly!

I didn’t feel like I was in a Sheraton, maybe a Holiday Inn. It was OK. Cons: Our room AC was broken and not working, so finally on our last night I called downstairs twice and they said they would send someone up within a couple of minutes, and finally around midnight we figured they weren’t showing up. The hotel has a very odd smell when you come in, no pool, jacuzzi/hotub you have to pay for like a spa treatment. The overall feel of the hotel is like a very dated hotel that needs updating. The bed was very uncomfortable, like a brick, and my husband and I didn’t sleep well. Pros: There are some great places to eat nearby. The terrace on the top of the building has beautiful views!

We absolutely adored our stay at the Sheraton in Prague, and so we came twice! The staff is very friendly, kind and lingual, each room is unique, and the location was great. Several times, we walked around the neighborhood, found many local restaurants, cafes and shops as well as near Wenceslas Square and Charles Bridge. Make sure you go to the roof top deck at the Sheraton to breath-in the spectacular views and sunsets!

Clean room, rather large compared to other Sheraton properties in Europe. Friendly staff. Restaraunt is over priced, for $ 30USD you expect a little more. Conveniently located within 10 min walk to the bridge and clock tower.

I think a more accurate rating is 3.75. +1 for having breakfast at the club lounge +1 for having a staff that is polite, accommodating, and welcoming. +1 for being in a quiet location without tourist everywhere but close enough to walk to the main tourist locations and lots of food options nearby +1 clean rooms and updated TV and bathroom. +1 for having a great concierge that can book restaurants, change money, and get you a personal driver in a benz to the airport for the same amount that you would spend on a taxi. -.5 for an older building -.5 for no view -.25 for initially putting me in a queen bed rather than a doubles room.(I was tired and grouchy after 2 flights and it was technically 3am home time so it was not fun) Decently priced for a tourist city. If I come back, I would consider staying here again.

I am dissapointed with Sheraton in Prague. I love this city and I like Sheraton chain. But from the very beginning there was something strange in this hotel. First thing that disappointed me was the room. I booked junior suite, which usually are nice located spacey rooms. Additionally as a frequent guest I am used to upgrades, which at least give me better view. The room I got this time was dark and had blank windows(glad was white, see the picture). So not only I had zero view but I felt like in the basement. Secondly the bathroom was narrow and to be honest not very properly cleaned. On top of it the shower was set up in a way, that after starting it for the first time cold water went directly outside the bath on me Third the space. The hotel is situated in a nice old building. But space arrangement inside is little strange. My room was between floors, breakfast room was divided into two smaller rooms, one o which is the part of lobby. And elevator was hidden behind the bar, which looked like a service one. And last but not least the breakfast was way overpriced for why it was, good but nothing to write home about for 30USD… So my first impression is far from usual Sheraton 4star one. I am visiting Prague quite often, so I might be back and change my mind, but today I am not ready for it.

Stayed at this hotel for business in July of 2013. Overall, I have very positive things to say. The location is quite good — walking distance to plenty of things and in a safe area. Yeah, there’s some strip club place next door but they aren’t disturbing the peace or anything. Rooms were clean, bathroom well furnished, beds very comfortable. Oh, and Suzanne, the hostess during breakfast, was superb. Probably the nicest person I met in Prague. The charge for internet in room was prohibitively expensive, which is why I did not give 5 stars. But the place is quite good. KDS
