We stopped by around 10:45 on a Tuesday. The waiter was really nice and attentive, but it was clear they were headed towards closing. It would be really nice to have a comprehensive wine list, we would have bought a bottle for the evening and one to take home, but they’re just displayed on the walls without any information other than price.

Great wine and cheese! Another review said something about a chocolate soufflé, which they don’t actually serve, but otherwise the wine bar was really great.

Looked for this place near Charles Bridge area after reading NY Times article about best places to sample wine in Prague. Really enjoyed the wide selection of excellent Czech wines & friendly, helpful wine advice given by our server. We arrived too late for food service but there are plentiful snack options for pairing with your wine. We were so impressed with the local wine and our server’s vast knowledge about the region’s «best», that we bought a bottle of very reasonably priced Czech wine(at a discount) as a take-home gift during our visit. Be sure to ask about purchase discounts for bottles of wine during your tasting experience. Charming, quaint place for great wine, good conversation, and a relaxing stop off the beaten path. Highly recommend.

If you want to try some Czech wine, feel free to pay this place a visit. The premises are small, but that shouldn’t keep you from exploring all the bottled goodness of Moravia. When it comes to customer service, it’s typically Czech — nothing better, nothing worse.
