I love middle eastern food and this place does it well. They have a smoking and non smoking section and, many people were enjoying a seesha after dinner. The menu is very authentic Lebanese and, the food served is also very authentic. I have had better but, this was pretty good for Prague. We had mezze and ordered some hummus, multaba(roasted eggplant dip), falafel and tabouleh. All these dishes were decent portions for sharing and tasted excellent. The pita bread was nice and warm and, felt like it was made at the restaurant. I had Arabic coffee after dinner and it was excellent. The dessert plate was also very tasty and quite authentic. I would happily come here again. The service is a bit slow but, the good food makes up for it. It’s a bit pricey but the quality is high. The choice for vegetarians is also very good and, their house specials are excellent. A great place for good and tasty middle eastern food, in Prague. It’s located in a shopping center on the 1st level and, the entrance is through the café below.

For me this is definitely the best Lebanese restaurant in Prague. The owner has another place in Palladium but this one is definitely much better. It is located in the Koruna Palace and if you sit upstairs by the window, you can watch people passing through the passage and its really cool. The interior is very nicely decorated in the Oriental style and the meals are very authentic and delicious. In the evenings, they usually have belly dancers, so, it is a great place for dinners. The only little disadvantage of this place — because of which I rate is 4 stars is, that the service is not always the greatest. Usually, I am very happy with the experience but there were some not that satisfying visits, especially during the lunch. Still, however, it is a great place I love to be coming back to for some truly amazing Lebanese specialties. Definitely have one of their mezze plates or try the Welcome in Beirut menu.

We had a dinner at El Emir in Palac Koruna. + Authentic Lebanese cuisine + Good ambiance + Nice portion size — Too expensive, especially value for money is little — Food quality is average — El Emir @ Pelladium tastes better — Service could be better

El Emir in Palac Koruna is one the best Lebanese restaurants in Prague with typical Oriental decorations and a possibility to enjoy the view of Palac Koruna authentic interior if you sit next to the window on the first floor. It has a great choice of food(wouldn’t say the same about their variety of non-alcoholic drinks, though) including several types of my favourite hommos with home-made bread and good old baklawa. I usually order similar dishes, so cannot comment if the price-quality correlation of the whole menu is reasonable. However, El Emir is often full with the tourists from the Middle East and they don’t look disappointed. The portions are big(if not to say huge, but I am a girl, so maybe guys would have a different opinion). The food is definitely more expensive than in Karavanseraj(also Lebanese), but at the same time Karavanseraj is much smaller restaurant in a different location targeting different group of customers. Also, once in the evening I saw a belly-dancing performance there, but I guess they don’t do it during the day.
