I’ve had several prescriptions filled at this store and the pharmacists are consistently great to deal with. Good communication and quick service.
The rest of the store has been recently updated and is clean and modern. The cashiers at the front range from helpful to poor communicators, kind of hit or miss.
Five stars for pharmacy and three for the retail store.

The Bradlee Shopping Center post office had no stamps (believe it or not). I asked the post office employees where I could buy some stamps in the local stores. They said to try Rite Aid. At the Rite Aid, I asked the employees if they sold stamps. One said, «Yes, we sell stamps in sets of four for the convenience of our customers.» I asked for two sets of four stamps, for a total of eight stamps. They charged me a «convenience fee» of $ 1.50, for eight stinking stamps. That is a pretty huge mark-up, and there was a long line, so I couldn’t get back in line to give the stinking stamps back to them. This came across as a pretty horrific rip-off. And I have also encountered the «We only give you back 50% refunds for returned items.» This is wearying and disgusting, and I won’t darken the door of that hole or any other Rite Aid again.

Had to return unopened pack of razors I paid $ 7 for but couldn’t find the receipt, I bought the wrong ones for my wife. They gave me $ 3 in credit saying some place new is doing their returns and without a receipt you only get 50% of the value of the product in store credit. Since I was going to buy something else the store credit was ok BUT not for HALF what I paid. I then went to rite aids website it says no such thing. Basically they lied to my face about their policy.

This Rite Aid is in serious need of a make over (which I believe they are doing to the front façade right now). Its like all the other Rite Aids got upgraded and they forgot about this one. Everything about it — from the walls to the floor looks like its hasn’t been cleaned since the 70’s.
That being said, its got decent prices and it’s in a very convenient location so if you are in a rush and need something, its a good place to go.
