Came here with my fiancé because we needed a new bedroom set for our new place. Wow!!! We got such a great deal! For $ 700, we got a mattress, bed frame, a mirror, two night stands and a dresser… that’s a freaking deal! I’m totally referring this spot to all my friends n families. The man working in there… forgot his name :/​but he was so nice and patient with us. He showed us his new catalogue with so much great stuff… i wanted more but next time… we are coming back to decorate the guess house for sure. Thanks Furniture World!

I purchased a couch from Furniture World, I love the look of the couch, but once it arrived at my house, it is so hard and uncomfortable that it can’t even be sat on. Some of the cushions were held on by a thin layer of material, so if you don’t sit gently on the couch, you will fall into the frame. I contacted the manager (Dan, I think) and he said that I could not return the couch because it was a special order and I could exchange it for a «used» couch on his showroom floor. When I ordered this couch, I did not request a special order, I was not told that it had to be special ordered, plus if I knew the terms of their «special order» I NEVER would have even agreed to it in the 1^st place, I would have gone elsewhere. I got really angry in the store because the owner did not care, he treated me like I knew all their store policies, and even had the nerve to say I requested him to order the couch for me, after changing his story once I got angrier. I will NEVER buy anything from this store again. Poor quality furniture, uncomfortable, and to top it off, an owner that doesn’t care about his customers.

We picked up a mattress from here for $ 95. The Vietnamese owner was friendly and the prices were cheap. This is a second mattress we picked up from this place and we’re definitely coming back if we need something
