I came here for brunch on a Sunday. It was really busy but they still managed to accommodate our party of 4. Their mimosas for bottomless for $ 13.99. You can pick from traditional, berry or peach. The server recommended getting a mix of the traditional with one of the fruit flavors if you don’t like your drinks overly sweet. I got the traditional and berry mix and it was extremely delicious! In terms of food, don’t forget to check in on Unilocal for free fries. I ordered the breakfast gyro hash with scrambled eggs instead of the fried eggs. It was super delicious and extremely filling. You HAVE to order a side of their corn. It is the most magnificent corn I’ve ever had in my life. Must try! I would’ve given them 5 stars except my friend and I waited more than 15 minutes to get the attention of a server to order drinks. Their service was pretty slow but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because they were busy.

Less than zero if I could! My family and I have been to this establishment many times and enjoyed it. Tonight, it was busy as usual. We put our name in for 3, and were told it would be a 35 minute wait. It was busy, I get it, so we checked w/the hostess at 50 minutes. Told it takes a little longer for inside. Cool! My wife sees a party if 3 pay and leave. Opa has a cool app that shows where you are in line; we are next. No, they split the table and seat 2 parties of 2 instead. THATWERELISTEDAFTER U. S!!! Another 10 minutes… Profious apologies from the hostess, but she is powerless. GM is called to speak to us, and has nothing to bring but to say sorry. We say the move was lame, and probably because a party of 4 is more profitable than 3. He said you’re right!!! WHAT A PIECEOFSHITTHATGUYIS!!! No more business from me, my family and ANYONE I HAVEANYINFLUENCEWITH for Opa or any of the restaurants this company owns!!!

Opa is my favorite restaurant in all of San Jose! Cucumber mojitos and Zuchinni cakes are my go to choice! If you check-in you get free fries.

I came here with my sister on a Thursday night around 6:30 and was able to get seated right away(+ points there). Our waiter was busy but served us well with water and checking in on us. Like most people have said, it definitely does get pretty loud in the restaurant. The food we got and my comments are as follows: –Free check-in Opa! Fries: These took a lot longer to come out than we expected and though my sister liked(not loved) them, I thought they tasted a bit stale in that they were slightly mushy/soggy. The mustard dip it came with was alright by since my sister likes to eat her french fries with ranch, we decided to ask for some. Little did we know, this cost 99 cents(which yes, isn’t a lot but what kind of sit down restaurant charges you for a bit of ranch dip?!). I would have liked to have been told this BEFOREhand and felt slightly put off by this(- points for this) –Opa! Lettuce Wraps: This was from their signature section and though the overall flavors meshed well(besides the hot green pepper) with a blend of sweet mango, savory chicken, fresh cucumber, crunchy red and green peppers, and soft mushrooms, the actual lettuce wrap is no good! They use a butter lettuce instead of iceberg lettuce and it is just way too thin and flimsy to hold the pile of filling they give you. It’s also hard to know WHERE the actual lettuce fold starts and ends since they sort of overlap them making the whole process of eating it quite difficult and a mess. Perhaps if they used more than one lettuce to form a wrap, it might work better. –Beef Filet Tip Pita: I love pita bread and this one wasn’t bad. However, what did bother me was getting a whole chunk of beef that was all tendon-y making it impossible to chew and I ended up having to spit it out(more — points). The side of wild rice we got was good though. So overall, probably won’t be coming back here. Food was okay and if you’re coming for a party, you probably wouldn’t complain. I’m just a big fan of Mediterranean/Greek food and like to be wowed and well, this just didn’t make the cut!

Ambiance is reminiscent of a standard chain restaurant. The food, however, is quite good. They cook their meat as ordered, so a medium would be ideal for someone who prefers medium rare/medium. One downside was that the service was a bit off the day of the visit. The server took away our menus without getting our orders, asked if it would be okay to give us our fries before the main course yet the fries never came until we asked for it after our main meals were already delivered. Maybe it was just a busy day… though the restaurant didn’t look too full.

I met some friends here for dinner recently. It was a bit busy by the host sat me right away even though the rest of my party was not there. They don’t usually do that so it was a nice touch on this visit. Our waiter came by a lot at first to take drink orders. We did finally order an appetizer but waited to order entrees. It took forever for the waiter to come back to take our entrée orders. He was busy but he should have checked back sooner. We stared with the flaming cheese. It is always quite a show when they flame it. The cheese was nicely melted and did not over cook. One time I had the flaming cheese and it basically came out burnt. We could not scrape the cheese off the plate. This time was much better. Good pita, yummy cheese. For entrees, we all had skewers. I had the shrimp and scallop skewers with Greek salad. Everything was tasty. Too many onions and peppers in the salad though. My friends had beef skewers and pork skewers. We all liked our meals. The restaurant is a bit loud so outdoor seating is the better way to go but it was not too bad this time around. I definitely will be back.

I lived in downtown Campbell and was here when they first opened. I have probably been here at least a dozen times since then. Here is it: Highly overrated food. Is it bad? Not at all. But I have heard people rave about and it is just OK. I would not come here for the food. However… this is why I do come back here. * The staff is very nice and usually quite on top of things. * The ambiance and style is very cool. * As with most places in Campbell their outdoor seating is amazing and great place to meet friends for happy-hour or cocktails. * They do have a really good Sunday Brunch and delicious mimosas. The bottom line, really, is come here to sit outside and have a drink.(Weather accommodating of course)

I come here often — for brunch, lunch and dinner! And the Campbell location is one of my favorites. Amazing bottomless mimosas(yum!), great food. I do have to say i’m veggie and I still love their food and dips. Makes me hungry thinking about it! Ambience is very cool, it can get noisy, but it’s a fun place to be, and the staff have always been very friendly and quick to serve. Highly recommend!

Not many restaurants do I find myself craving later. I mean, I am a hit of a carb-a-holic. So, just some warm pita and tzatziki is enough to make me happy. But there is plenty more here. Have come here a few times. I have to say probably my favorite Greek/Mediterranean place I’ve been. Menu is fantastic. Plenty for the standard diet and PLENTY for vegetarians as well. The ambiance is chill, but a bit busy. They do a killer business and it shows. Don’t come if you are looking for incredibly intimate silence. Expect to sit close to people(tables are tight) and speak up a bit. Great date spot ad plenty to observe and comment on. There is a patio area out front as well with some couches and standard tables. I have only been on colder nights and they have heating lamps to keep it reasonable. Staff is great, always had great waiters and waitresses. Overall, as I write this I am finding myself craving it. I guess that’s a good sign.

I attended an engagement party catered by Opa! It was really good. The chicken and lamb souvlaki were both very tender, juicy and flavorful. Also the following were all very delicious: beet salad potato wedges grilled veggies garlicky pureed potatoes It was nice that they were generous with the feta and walnuts. The bar service was a bit limited, but the service was great. The fresh fruit baklava was amazing. I can’t speak for the price as I was a guest.

Service is waaayy better than the problematic, snooty Los Gatos location… but this place is crowded and loud. Inside and outside seating but even outside, the loud blabbering of semi-drunk patrons, multiple TV’s, and street noise make it hard to hear your dining companions. Food was better than Los Gatos but marginally so. The kabob meet was overdone and the hummus portion measly. I was a little concerned when the waiter brings out some flaming dish for the table next to us held high near the doorway arch. Seems a bit dangerous but, what do I know. I don’t work for the fire department. This place is Meh… there are lots of competition for better fare in downtown Campbell.

If you check in on Unilocal, they give you free Opa fries! Came here for lunch with a friend, sat outside. We both ordered different types of their flatbread. I didn’t think I would get full from it, but surprisingly, I did. I’d love to try their other stuff. It’s located in Downtown Campbell, my favorite place to be haha. Plenty of other restaurants, bars, coffee shops, dessert places.

This was a real disappointment since it came up on top for a search of best restaurants in Campbell. Here are all the things I found wrong with this place in the sequence of my experiencing them: * very uncomfortable chairs * the space is not closed so there was a chill throughout the indoor restaurant. They had outdoor seating but it was too chilly out there for me. * Multiple video screens… maybe 10+ in a not-very large space. It felt like a bar but it’s really billed as a restaurant, not a sports bar * acoustics were horrendous between the open door, TV screens, children running around and who knows what else? I really should have left but I thought the food would be compelling. * The food — we had a sampler of dips — three of them for $ 15.99 — and the platter was just a ton of pita triangles. The dips were miniscule… like I could eat the amount of hummus in 2 bites. It was insane! The spanikopita(spinach pie) was $ 8.99 for 2 small triangles. Nothing tasted especially good; it wasn’t bad but nothing to rave about. Oren’s Hummus is a much better deal. Even our waiter agreed the pita portion was ridiculous and apologized for the measly amount of real food. It was my first trip to Campbell and I’d heard it was an affluent area but seriously even people with lots of wealth should know the different between good food and a rip-off!

This location is larger and shwankier than the Willow Glen Opa! I like to bring friends to a different spot for a quick dinner with the best gyros, but Opa! is great for a longer sit down dinner with better atmosphere. The food here is solid, almost anything on the menu is pretty good. The fries are addicting and always a highlight. Overall, you can’t go wrong with any of the Opa! locations for good food and nice atmosphere.

Went here for my cousin’s birthday dinner! I love how spacious this place is and our server was excellent that night. However we didn’t get to order some appetizers we wanted since we were advised that one of their fryers was broken. WEORDERED ____________________ — Fig Mojito — Not a fan… lol — Opa! Fries — Don’t forget to check in on Unilocal to receive their delicious fries! — Dolmades — First time having this! Pretty good and I liked the acidity. — Pork Souvlaki — This was my entrée for the night. One of the skewers were good but the other was super dry. — Lambchops — Delicious! And it was served with four small sized lamb chops. My sister and I ended up sharing this entrée. Highly recommend this one! Make reservations since this place can get really busy specially on the weekends!

The food here is pretty good for the price. It’s not the best Greek food in the south bay, but it’s still a great place to eat. I’me definitely a fan! Everything here is very reasonably priced and service is on point! Our server was really friendly and made our experience here quite enjoyable. I came around 3 for a late lunch during Oktoberfest and was surprised that we got a table without waiting. Opa Fries– This is one of the best things on the menu. You HAVE to get the fries! They are topped with feta cheese and are fried to perfection. I would come here just for the opa fries. Gyro Meat Platter– We had the lamb and it was quite delicious. It was thinly sliced, tender, and full of flavor. Lamb Pita– The lamb tasted good, but it was slightly overcooked and tough. I preferred the thinly sliced lamb on the gyro meat platter. The rice on the side was good though. Citrus Cucumber Mojito– anything with cucumber and lime gets me every time. This drink is light and refreshing and will now become my drink of choice here! Bonus: a Unilocal check-in got me free Opa fries! They allowed us 2 free opa fries so my friend checked in too.

Great food and ambiance! I loved their Grilled Solomos($ 20.99) dish. The salmon was cooked perfectly! The flavor was delicious, with perfect amount of seasoning. My hot date had the Pasticio($ 15.99). He thought it was just ok. He felt a little ill after a few hours after this meal and he believes something was bad in this dish… 0_o. I had a little taste, and I thought it was ok. We also had FREE Opa! Fries with our Check-In. Those were very tasty! I had the Horiatiki Salad(aka Greek salad), which was just ok in comparison to others I’ve tried. Our drink/dessert was a bottle of the Caposaldo Moscato, which I LOVED! we had no trouble finishing that fo’ sho! Highlights? Opa! Fries, Grilled Solomos, & Moscato! Kali orexi! ;-D

This place is alright, I’ve had better Greek food. Came here for brunch on a Sunday morning and there was surprisingly no wait and plenty of outdoor seating. The atmosphere is awesome — lovely and lively due to the farmer’s market. We ordered the gyro wrap and salad combo($ 14), Greek yogurt parfait($ 10), and Opa! fries(free with Unilocal check in). Prices are pretty steep for what it was. I would have felt pretty jipped paying $ 28(before tip) if it weren’t for the free fries. The Greek yogurt was pretty damn delicious and the fruit was very fresh. Definitely try this if you want to splurge. :)

I’ve been here for lunch, dinner and happy hour. Happy hour is definitely the best time to go, especially on Tuesdays if you love wine — ½ off all bottles woot woot! The reason I encourage you to go during happy hour is because entrees are a bit hit or miss. The moussaka was not authentic, beef dishes are tough/overcooked, and nothing else really stands out IMHO. The most memorable dishes are are their apps, especially their Greek fries with mustard aioli, pita and dips/spreads, and fire-grilled cheese. When those are the best things on the menu, why not just go for happy hour and cash in on ½ price drafts and house wines, or ½ off all dips & spreads? Win-win. Service is good and the staff is very attentive. Venue is cute. They have plenty of outdoor patio seating, heat lamps, 2 couches around a fire pit(which are almost always taken so arrive early to snag those), and a full bar, booths and large tables inside. Note: this is a great place for large parties. We had a company luncheon here for 25 people and were able to reserve just one day prior. Bonus points right there!
