We ordered the Taiwanese Satay hot pot, Tainin minced pork rice, and some baby bak choy. The hot pot came with the sesame sauce which was delicious. The soup base was good because of the satay. The meat was obviously frozen and not as fresh. The minced pork rice was very average, I’ve definitely had better ones elsewhere. Same goes with the veggie. It used the same minced pork on top and the flavor just wasn’t the best. Another thing that I really have to complain about is their rice. It is either cooked a few days ago or that it’s overcooked. It’s super hard and not moist. It’s sad to see they did not take care of the most fundamental staple of Taiwanese/Chinese food. Service was not very attentive this time compared to the last time I came. This place definitely have more room improvements.

I really enjoyed this café! It is a cute café set up like a Taiwanese school with classroom chairs and a blackboard with Chinese characters written on it! There is such a great variety of foods, from savory to sweet foods. Everything is reasonably priced with good and kindly service. My personal favorite is the green tea shaved snow, so delicious with mochi and pudding and red bean! Will be coming often :)

CASHONLY! can’t stress this enough. really, really dislike restaurants/stores that don’t accept credit cards. you can make a lot more money from me if you’ll accept cc. anyways… on to the review. all i wanted was the minced pork rice, 肉燥飯, because i was craving some genuine taiwanese food. was disappointed that it didn’t come with a soy sauce egg, not even half. the rice tasted kinda old, not as fluffy as i would have liked. the minced pork was dry, salty, and there wasn’t enough sauce so i couldn’t even try to soften the rice with it. there was some pork sung on it and 2 pieces of takuan. the whole dish was a disappointment except for the soft boiled peanuts — wish there was more!

CASHONLY Solid Taiwanese food — tastes like the one in Hacienda Heights. I skipped out on the snow ice but the fried pork chop rice reminds me of Taiwan. Though, the potato side was a something I’ve never had.

CASHONLY! Don’t forget to bring your money. :) With the current 3⁄5 star rating, I was a little nervous about coming here. My boyfriend, a huge foodie, was also skeptical. However, I think Class 302 is an a fun, cute place to check out– and the food is pretty good too! I HIGHLY recommend their boba!!!(We’ve been to boba places all over SoCal, and this place is the best.) If you’ve never been to an Asian restaurant, this might not be the place to start. It has a distinct smell, which could be a plus or minus depending on how you feel. The classroom décor is absolutely adorable and unique, but taller people might not be able to fit comfortably at the tables, which are small school desks. The tattered menus are in Chinese, with English translations. There aren’t many pictures, and the few pictures in the menu really don’t do the food justice. It’s a bit of a gamble picking a meal. They have everything from shabu to bento to noodle soup, as well as shaved ice and cream puffs. It was so difficult to pick what to eat! We came to eat at around 4pm on a Friday. The waitresses were nice and service was fast. While the sit-down area of the restaurant wasn’t very full, there were several people coming in for boba and take out orders, so I was impressed by how quickly our food came. I ordered an iced milk tea with red beans, egg pudding, and boba, and it was delicious! Class 302 is very generous with their servings. Not only is the cup Big Gulp-sized, it had tons of beans and pudding for me to eat before, during, and after my meal. The main dishes and appetizers also come in huge portions. My $ 3 «side» of stinky tofu(which came with pickled cabbage) came in a huge bowl, perfect to eat with a bowl of steamed rice. I also had shrimp/pork wonton soup, and a fried chicken filet on some amazing fried rice. The food is not super fancy or the highest quality. But it’s definitely tasty and is perfect for big appetites. Class 302 definitely deserves a visit if you’d like to get boba, try out Taiwanese food, or just see the décor! While this adorable café may not be perfect, I love the atmosphere, service, and boba. If you’re visiting Cerritos Shopping Center, come give this place a try.

I came here last weekend before going on a hike and picked up a regular sized Milk Tea with Pudding & Honey Boba, what I usually get. I walked in and was reminded that it was CASHONLY. Luckily my boyfriend had cash. My drink came out really quickly because it was not busy, But oh man. It really fulfilled my boba craving. Every single one was perfectly soft and chewy. The regular size really filled me up though. I have previously tried the food but my rating is mostly just for the drinks. It is really cool how it is a school classroom like setting and all the food comes in a school lunchbox feel. But I would rather eat somewhere else.

Typical Asian Asian service. Stand at register while girl is looking down for few minutes. Do doo doooo. Got a confused pause look when I handed $ 21 over for some post work street food $ 6even popcorn chicken. Guess math on the fly isn’t for all of us. That’s fine. The extra sauce? A: it’s in the bag …There’s only one. Woowee! A face before going back to the kitchen. Then back out, I reach for the sauce she s holding and she sets it on the counter… oh that’s awkward lemme pretend I didn’t reach out for the sauce. Best customer service 10⁄10 please continue your bad day.

CASHONLY just like the one in Irvine! Luckily I always carry cash so I didn’t have an issue. I always seem to get the milk tea with no boba and it is pretty darn good. Too bad it is probably bad for you or I would have it frequently haha.

Review 11⁄365 Class 302 Café is located in one of the new renovated plazas near the Cerritos Mall. It’s next to the Creamistry, and within walking distance from 85 deg bakery and Gen Korean BBQ. The décor takes me back to my elementary school days in Taiwan, with the chalkboard, student desks, and student chairs. The chairs are really low btw– totally met for kids. It’s an okay place that focuses on Taiwanese food. So, if you’re craving for some shaved ice, milk tea, boba, and some traditional Taiwanese dishes, this might be your spot. I’ve had the stinky tofu, which could be a bit more stinky– but then again, any stinky tofu can afford to be more stinky :) Their ground pork and rice dish came in a little tin box reminscent of the tin lunch boxes some students would have– my dad said it was pretty dry btw, so he had to have some of my soup. Their crispy chicken was good– texture was great and lightly fried on the outside w/a hint of salt and pepper. Overall, it’s not too bad. Oh btw, it’s cash only.

YAY! Another Class 302 location joins the OC! My friends and I came here for dinner after a well-sung out karaōke jam session. This place, just like other Class 302 locations, can be kind of small so expect long waits or just order your food to go at the counter. I like their bento box meals as they are quite filling and the prices here for the food are relatively cheap. I like the minced pork rice as well as their Taiwanese sausage side dishes as well. But ultimately, I would say that the huge winner is the shaved snow! You can’t beat that! One of our favorites is the green tea with red bean, condensed milk, and rice cakes. So good! I highly recommend it! Great for sharing as well :) Service is decent. There’s plenty of parking and I’d definitely come here again!

Came here late night for shaved snow. The portions are generous and the toppings are pretty diverse and good! We ordered the taro red bean shaved snow and the honey boba shaved snow. Both were really good. The subpar rating is for the service. There was only one girl working so my family sat for about 15 minutes before I got up and asked for someone to come take our order. It was really packed and crowded but the service leaves a lot to be improved.

I tried their popcorn chicken, sweet potato fries, teppan beef with rice, Taiwanese hot pot, and dessert. The food is not bad but not good enough. The best one was the sweet potato fries, nicely done and tasty, popcorn chicken was a little tough, maybe it was over fried. Teppan beef was fine. The hot pot tasted not bad but the meat is tough and seemed not fresh enough. The dessert was very good! The worst thing was their dinning table! We were seated at the school desk, comparing to the height of the chairs, it was uncomfortable sitting there! Besides, the hot pot was set in a tall plate, I have to lift my arms to reach the food, also need to raise my head to see the food clearly! Will not back for meal here, but perhaps back for their dessert to go.

Walking in here, I wasn’t impressed. It was about 4pm that we visited and there’s only 2 people dining in but really, they only have drinks. I expected it to be busier since their review was pretty good and friends of mine talk about it a lot. I would only assume that this place is more packed at night time. It was our first time so we only tried the drinks. My hubby ordered Hokkaido caramel milk tea with honey boba. I ordered caramel soy milk with honey boba. Both drinks made up for our somewhat okay experience. It was on the sweet side but we totally expected that because of caramel, duhh. The drinks were good. The honey boba was good too, not too chewy and it tasted fresh. They deserve stars because the lady up front who took our order didn’t seem like she cared about helping us. She didn’t even greet us. She stood there until we made up our minds and she kept insisting it’s cash only(I have cash lady). She could’ve smiled more or suggested popular drinks. Just saying. I definitely felt rushed when ordering. One more thing, the restroom was crappy. They could’ve checked it out since they weren’t busy at all. The lady and«cook”/barista at the back were just having a chat. It’ll be a while until I decide to try this place again. I can just go to tea station, 85 or cha2o down the streets. They should do something about that cash only situation too. A couple ahead of us walked in and walked back out after seeing cash only. Bad for business.

Customer service 101: Do not underestimate your customer’s intelligence and have an ugly attitude on top of it. (Note– this review is location specific and does not apply to all Class 302s) The female cashier was R U D E yo. I, not too familiar with their menu, asked about the iced drinks. I asked her if their iced milk teas were like Half&Half’s, which were more like slushes. Her response? A look of judgement as she said«There’s cubes of ice in drinks». So customer service alone wasn’t the reason for the 1-star review. Let’s move onto the actual order quality. Once i got my ever so rude clarification on how they describe their drink options, I decided on a slush. Royal milk tea slush: TOOSWEET. I’ve had the drinks from the other Class 302 in Irvine before that’s self serve and it was nowhere near this intensity of sweetness. And the boba? Too chewy for my preference… I also left smelling like stinky tofu and have to dry clean my jacket.

Came in for just the shaved ice and had a life-changing moment! Granted, the only shaved ice I’ve ever had prior to having it here was Halo Halo and Hawaiian shaved it. The shaved ice here looked like soft decadent ribbons of happiness — not the typical granulated shaved pieces of ice you get at the fair. We went with condensed milk flavor ice which a variety fruit toppings(honeydew, strawberries and mango) covered in more condensed milk. It was quite delicious. My uncle ordered the mango flavor ice with more mango topping and it was even better! It’s too there aren’t any spots like this in the Seattle area. That means I’ll just have to visit again :)

After dinner, I went to Class 302 for boba. I’ve heard good things about this café but haven’t had a chance to try. We got a regular sized green tea with boba. SUPERRRSWEET. And really powdery. Like it made our mouths dry, something I haven’t ever experienced. Portions are huge, but the drink wasn’t very tasty. Cute cup though!

Now I have finally made it to all Class 302 locations! This Class 302 is about the same size as the Tustin locations(smaller than Irvine, larger than Rowland Heights). It’s pretty consistent across all locations food-wise(aside from Tustin alone having the self-serve boba bar). Service is fairly mediocre and to-the-point, but service has never been Class 302’s strong point(ever since the original Rowland Heights location). My friends and I came in for some post-dimsum shaved snow. We ordered the mango shaved snow, which was excellent! I love Class 302’s large mochi chunks, very representative of the quintessential Taiwanese«Q» texture. =) Highly recommend coming here for Taiwanese snack foods or their shaved snow! P. S. *CASHONLY*

Classroom décor is cute although the tables are definitely on the low side lol Ordered Taiwanese fried noodles which is vermicelli with like carrots and onions and minced meat. It was alright but a little on the bland side. I asked for chili oil to make it more spicy. My friends ordered other dishes including Taiwanese pork chop and peppercorn chicken. They seemed to enjoy it. We also had an order of calamari and chicken for the table. Those were good Service is decent. Cash only is annoying.

This location is so fast to get in! The last time I been here was at the Irvine location and we had to wait for 30min or more. We instantly got our tables. The hardest part is finding parking space. We got the summer shaved ice that filled with fresh fruits. I personally don’t enjoy the whipped cream on top, it was very good! Wish there was more fruits tho This location is great because it’s fast(:
