This is really a 1.5 star review. Nice folks working there. Convenient location. Ordered a 14″ American pizza. Which is basically a supreme pizza. I don’t mean this to sound rude but this is the truest thing I’ve ever said. THIS IS JUST AS GOOD AS A DiGiorno PIZZA. You can spend $ 5.99 at Kroger and cook this in your oven. It cost me $ 18.50. Not at all worth the money. The pizza doesn’t taste like shit. It’s just isn’t good. ******this review is for Z’s Pizza not Pizza Hut. Not sure why it did this. Cannot change it.

While the stuffed crust pizza was *warm* when it was delivered it looks as though it’s been overcooked and not as fresh as it should be… Dare I say «it’s not so fluffy» –_–

I had the worst service tonight. Placed a delivery order at 9 PM. Email confirmation said 9:47 delivery. I called at 10:10 to see where it was. Shift manager tried to tell me delivery was promised at 10:22 PM and not 9:47. I offered to forward her the email. She offered a half-hearted apology and absolutely nothing in the way of a coupon or credit.
I’ll order from Papa John’s next time.
UPDATE: All of my food was cold.

I dont usually rate fast food locations but I really, really enjoyed the service here.
Just to be upfront, my orders usually turn out to be a bit complicated and confusing. So when I placed an order for carryout, my order got a bit mixed up… but the person at the counter who was taking care of me was so apologetic and sincere about making a whole new pie for me.
Didnt have to wait too long for the correct order and will most definitely be ordering from here again! :)

Just got an ice cold pizza delivered after the hour and 20 min wait we had. Probably would have been delicious if it arrived at temp.

This review is not about the food. Know this up front. Pizza Hut food is pretty much the same, shop to shop; that’s the beauty of a chain, you always know what you’re going to get.
This review IS about the SERVICE. The service at this location is impeccable. Every time. We always do carry out, and even on their busiest nights, every single employee has been outstanding. Friendly, welcoming, helpful, smiling. Speaking from a former food service perspective, these are things that should be standard in food service, but has been going by the wayside. Fortunately, this Pizza Hut location truly understands customer satisfaction and employees seem to enjoy working. Can’t get much better than that.
Oh, and the $ 10 dinner box is a bomb deal.

I’m not a huge fan of Pizza Hut food, but it was Christmas Eve and we needed something fast to eat before church, so we hit this one up because it was the only thing that looked open.
I walked in at 4:58 and they closed at 5, so I apologized and started to walk out and the manager was insistent that he didn’t mind if I still put in an order. He was nice, and chatty, and when two more women walked in behind me he let them order as well. I’m not sure I’d have been so generous, if I had people to get home to for Christmas!
The food ended up being fine. I’m not in love with it, but the bread sticks are consistently good, and I like the bread stick sauce.
