The staff here is great! Einsteins is Einsteins so the food is the same, but the staff make the place! The nicest man prepared my coffee with a smile and charisma. Everyone behind the counter was quick, friendly, and truly cared about their job.

I must say there was a problem with a previous to go order and I reported it on my visit today. It was taken care of with a smile, sincere apology and a free sandwich, chips and drink. We all make mistakes but the way we take care of them makes all the difference in the world! Thank you for your good customer service!

My favorite coffee is the Hazelnut Vanilla.
The best bagels and garlic herb schmear. It definitely beats Panera across the street.
Staff is friendly and pretty fast.
I wish they had a drive-​thru!

Worst bagel store I have ever been to. Traveling from NY and looked for a bagel store-​figured that would be a safe spot for breakfast since we don’t know the area. Ordered my food and left without eating. Terrible customer service. Will never go back! Only gave 1 star to the rating because I had to rate it. Should’ve got a 0!!!

Worst staff. Super slow. Non interested or trained in customer service. This place makes it worth driving to Addison or Preston Center. It would be faster and much better.

11:30 on Sunday Morning. No bagels except Pumpkin and Plain. No Sesame. No Poppy Seed. No Everything. No Purchase. Plus the cashier has sneezing and sniveling all over everything and touching her nose. Bad. Bad. Bad.

This Einstein bagels location is fairly new and I tend to forget it’s here. The employees are friendly and your food is always prepared fresh. I really like their asiago bagel with eggs, bacon and cheddar.
During the fall they have their pumpkin bagels and they are so good.

Huh! Who knew? Apparently you are only allowed to buy bagels during the same hours that donut stores are open…
Was looking for a non-​grocery store bakery bagel. But at 3 pm the store was shut up tight, closed sign on the door. Guess I’ll have to make do with the bagels available from Panera or Tom Thumb.
