Great beer/drink selection with a wine cellar and a humidor, they also have a giant patio so for a local pub/bar not sure what else you would want. Full menu with good selection of bar food that is reasonably priced. Here mid week so it was slow but they had live music(good) and everyone was super friendly. All in all it is a great bar with everything you want without all bad stuff. Humidor review tbd.

This place also goes by the name The Barrel Bar and so I am posting the same review since I don’t want anyone to think this is not the same place. My boss and I met another person here to have whiskey, a cigar, and bar snacks. When we first went inside, we realized it was too loud in there so we asked if we could sit outside on their patio since it had finally cooled down. We went outside and the waitress propped open the door so could hear the music from the inside. The bartender then came out and closed the door. They played that game about 4 times before I told the waitress who was closing the door. We ordered 2 Irish whiskey’s on the rocks and a domestic whiskey. We had some supposedly hot wings and fries plus a stuffed pretzel. We also picked up 3 cigars none of them over $ 5. We were shocked when our bill came and it was for $ 115. They charged us $ 30 for each of those glasses of Irish whiskey. I could have bought a fifth for cheaper than that. I have NEVER had to pay $ 30 for a glass of whiskey on the rocks. The«hot» wings were not deep fried but they were breaded. They weren’t hot on the inside. The sauce could NOT be called a buffalo sauce. It looked disgusting. I believe that they got the breaded wings from Costco and cooked them in the microwave. It was rubbery, cool to the touch and had no flavor resembling a buffalo wing. The fries were good. The pretzel was ok. The cigars kept going out and my boss thought there was something wrong with their humidor. I reminded him that when we walked in, it didn’t feel any different than the room we left. We will not be returning. Instead, we will go to Aiello’s and bring in our own food… at least it will be edible. I still can’t get over charging $ 30 for a glass of Bushmills.

My friend & I decided to try this place on a Monday. Monday’s are the«Kill the Bottle» special, where you ca get $ 5 glasses from any bottle of wine opened over the weekend. Our server gave us great suggestions of different wines to try. She was very knowledgeable about the wine selection. We also ordered a buffalo chicken dip. This came up quick & was great. Not very much chicken but it was worth it for the price. We then ordered the bourbon balls. The server actually forgot to put the order in as we reminded her quite some time after we ordered them. She apologized and they came out shortly after. Despite some flaws service wise(server didn’t know basic questions about the menu, i. e what meats & cheeses were on the meat & cheese board), we had a great experience. We will definitely be back soon!

Except for kill the bottle Mondays, overpriced. The staff doesn’t know their products. The red wines are served WARM-yuck! They don’t have a kitchen and charge $ 15 for some so so cheese and crackers. Do yourself a favor and go to the Rack House about 5 minutes away in Cottleville. That place is amazing!

Went here for the first time for my birthday. Will be back. They have a very nice staff, who go out of their way to ask your name, call you by name and check in to see if they can get you anything. The owner tries to stop by and talk with each group of people, makes you aware of the humidor, where cigar smoking is allowed and see if you are having a good time. But they aren’t pushy about anything. Last night they had a roaring fire pit going outside that was great to sit by. Perhaps the only downside was the place isn’t bigger. Be sure to try the meat and cheese plate, very tasty and well presented. Oh and if you like Scotch or Irish Whiskey this is the place for you. Probably 50 different kinds.

Wow. This is a cool place. They have a great wine selection and a very knowledgeable staff. They have an ‘empty the bottle’ on Tuesday. You get a glass of their open bottles for $ 5.00. What a way to try different wines. Also have a decent selection of cigars. Padron, Oliva, San Christobel… so I am happy. The place is cool looking and the smoking room is awesome. Super comfy chairs and the staff keeps checking on you to see if you need anything. Will be back for sure.

Love this place. The Barrel Bar inside the establishment is awesome. Only craft beers, no massed produced domestic brews allowed. You would never expect to find this bar in a strip mall.

Nice place to relax with friends. The bar side is smoke-free and has an excellent selection of top-shelf beverages. No ‘well drinks’ here. They also have a large selection in their ‘wine cellar’. The cigar part is very nice, as well. The walk-in humidor has a great choice of cigars at reasonable prices. The smoking room is in the back and has an over-kill of ‘smoke eaters’. They work very well, so you don’t smell smoke when you are in the bar area.
