Starbucks

Meh. This isn’t the best Starbucks, but it isn’t the worst. I ordered a Venti White Chocolate Mocha and it was pretty delicious. The hospitality exhibited by the baristas was less than impressive. The gentleman making drinks literally talked to his buddies that had come in the entire time I was there. He wasn’t announcing names when drinks were created, so I had to grab the drinks and check to see which one was mine. That was kind of annoying. The store also smells kind of gross, like trash… it doesn’t have that fresh coffee aroma I have become accustomed to at Starbucks.

Yea, it’s looks and feels like just another Starbucks. But this place stood out in some positive ways: For a busy Tuesday am, they were polite and got me my Iced White Mocha/​Cinnamon Dulce Latte and my warmed Chocolate Croissant within 3 – 4 minutes, half the time aa most locations. Also, they had much more comfy and open seating than most other locations. And most importantly, it was earily quiet. The Frost Bank people are here occssionally some mornings buying free drinks; I got lucky and got a free drink!

So many Starbucks are falling into this trap. Great location, but they have a sea of campers. Drinks are expensive and while tasted great, they took 10 minutes to make. Finding a place to sit and enjoy them is difficult because almost every table has 1 person sitting at in on their laptop, and they don’t even have a drink in front of them anymore. Music is loud, perhaps to discourage camping, but we noticed some «patrons» just had headphones in to overcome this obstacle. Not sure what the answer is, but Starbucks is no longer a good experience except via drive through, which is ironic because only 1 in 10 has that.

This is my favorite Starubucks in Fort Worth! The staff is super friendly and helpful! They’ll even bring you your coffee to you outside if you forget! Love them!

My favorite starbucks in town for the location and damn late hours. I love my coffee late at night and this place! Definitely a hot spot during finals week.

First off, I thought I was checking into the Starbucks located inside of the Target. But from the looks of this it seems like this may actually be the one in Montgomery Plaza. Then there are a few pics of the Starbucks located in downtown so I think I don’t have it that incorrect haha. So if this isn’t for the Starbucks located in Target, then know this is a review of the Starbucks located in Target.
It’s a Starbucks and another chain establishment. I like to comment more about the service, cleanliness, and the process experience when it comes chain restaurants because these are the main factors that vary between them. They all have the same menu but granted, some may be more familiar with «secret menu items» than others.
This location does not have a drive thru. It is located right inside of the Target, to the left when entering. It is fairly large for being located inside of Target. I would say there were probably ~8 tables. The WiFi wasn’t the fastest, but it’s still a great place to get a few things done. They are not too busy so there is not a lot of noise. It’s apparent that a few others frequent the place for studying or work. There’s plenty of light and it does not have a cramped feeling. This location was also quite CLEAN. But they do not have restrooms, so if you need them you’ll have to go to the ones located in Target.

Not my favorite location. I just don’t like where it’s located but overall it’s not that bad. Always busy though!

To begin I love coffee and for me Starbucks is good quality and convenient.
Almost every time that I go to this location I either get horrible service, forget my drink, or don’t even acknowledge my presence.
Well I’m in the customer service realm. I know that poor service like this will make me, as a customer, never want to go back to this location.
Starbucks is pricey coffee and their service needs to reflect their image. This location does large volume but suffers dearly on customer service.
To end I will continue to drink Starbucks Coffee. Your other locations are fantastic.

I love Starbucks, but I gave this location a 4 star review simply because the parking is horrible! The space inside is so small, so when it is crowded you can’t find anywhere to stand to wait for your order.

Most expensive drink I have purchased. A quad grande Americano; goes for $ 3.16 everywhere else give or take a nickel. Here it is $ 3.52. Don’t understand. I can go to other places and keep it consistent.

So I just left and I guess they have new staff for the holiday season. Cause they still need a little training. I guess while I left to use the ladies room they mixed up my order and my peppermint mocha ended up tasting like cardboard and I already had made it home by the time I drank it. My mothers was not a decaf mocha. I don’t mean to sound like a diva but it was a simple order and shouldn’t have been mixed up. AND I had to ask if they were mine. He didn’t even label them, so I don’t think I’ll be coming back when I see those exact people.

One of my fav Ft Worth locations — the most challenging part of coming here is parking around Montgomery plaza, but if I come early early in the day or mid afternoon, I can usually find a spot, and there’s comfort and coziness once I’m inside.
Sweet barriastas here too and great service w a warm smile, no matter how cold it might be outside.
Always worth the stop

This location seems to always be packed! The staff is friendly, drinks are made to order and I’ve never had to have something corrected. Parking at Montgomery Plaza is awful. I much would prefer to have a drive through, but alas I would have to go all the way to the camp bowie location.

We popped in for a quick coffee after lunch. The staff was friendly, and the store itself was more spacious than most. They made a mistake on my wife’s drink and immediately remade it for her without fuss. I appreciated their quality customer service.

Fast, Great service and knowledgable staff. Parking can be difficult with limited parking spaces available.

Always clean and good service by the barista. Some nice outside tables to watch the happenings at Montgomery Plaza. Only complaint is the food gets really thin after 6. This is 3^rd time in and selection each time has been less and less. Howard Schultz would not be happy!

Ok, maybe I was a little harsh before. I’ve grown to like this Starbucks for convenience and peacefulness during my afternoons. Baristas are nice and quick and I’m just a happy person here ^_^

If this place wasn’t close to school, I probably wouldn’t bother coming here for the fact that it is always pretty crowded. Not only is it hard to find a seat with a plug and decent table space but the wireless is always slow and spotty. If I only needed to read things on paper and didn’t need the internet, it would be a fine place to do work, though.
The service here is great — I have no complaints about that, it is just a high traffic area that is not super conducive to getting work done since I spend a lot of time trying to find parking/​to find a place to sit/​and to set up my internet, etc. before I can actually get down to business.
If you just want to stop by to grab some coffee, I would recommend this place — just not to do any hardcore computer work that requires the internet.

I frequent this Starbucks location quite a bit and have always gotten excellent service with a «smile»! sometimes parking can be a bit of a challenge, but it you’re patient, you can normally find a space.
