I love this place! It’s sort of out of the way for me but I try to go as much as possible because I love their specialty rolls. My particular favorite is the JB Deluxe but I’d also recommend the dynamite or Saito. Great food for reasonable prices

Ohhhhh Emmmmmm Geeeeeee!!! The food here is AMAZING!!! Honestly the only thing I wasn’t too fond of is the ginger dressing on the salad and that wasn’t even bad just not really what I like. The service was a little slow at the beginning but it was very busy so that is understandable. Our waitress Usha was friendly and super knowledgeable! We have never had Vietnamese food before so she helped us pick out things that we might like. And we LOVED them!!! Also the prices are Great!!!

This place has been around so long, it’s one of those small businesses that you wish they never close down. I live in Orlando now but my parents still live in West palm and I say this is one of my favorite places to go because they have excellent customer service. Good viet food and Japanese food which is hard to find!

My friend recommended ST a couple of times so I decided to try some take out. I am usually pretty skeptical when it comes to Asian food because there are so many poor quality options.
The location is tucked away a bit, so I had never noticed it before and it is near my home.
The interior needs help. Kind of seedy-​looking. They were really busy, so maybe with time they can upgrade the look a bit.
There was a confusing set up in front with a reception/​register area but no one manning it. Basically, I stood at the counter for a bit looking at the menu. After a few people walked in and went right by me, I figured that even though I was getting take out, I needed to walk into the dining room to be noticed.
While I was placing my order, the server (?) was called away twice and then interrupted by customers who couldn’t wait to be seated. Just weird.
So, I finally ordered and sat down for a long wait. After around 30 minutes, some people who had come in after me were done and on their way out said «Are you still here?»
I was about to leave when the hostess/​server came out and said «oh, your food is ready! I thought you left!»
Anyway, the food was great! I’ll try it again! I will call ahead though!

The phở was mediocre at best. It was really bland. Floors are really dirty. Service was ok to poor. My water glass was empty for most of the meal. I won’t be coming back.

After coming here for many years, today you can count on me to never come back here again after today’s horrible dining experience. Not because of the server but the owner who doesn’t understand the importance of customer service.
We we’re given a dirty spoon with dried food on it.
We we’re served with tempura that tasted like old oil.
We ordered spring rolls and was served with a watery peanut dipping sauce. I told my server about the sauce and she returned saying they added a little too much water but it should taste the same. We returned the spring rolls, my daughter took a bite off one of the spring rolls, and when it was time to pay I was still charged for the spring rolls. I asked the server why was I being charged, she said the owner told her «there was a piece missing from the rolls».

I have been in this restaurant many many times and there is one thing in common when it comes to each visits and quite frankly its kind of disturbing because this big (i want to apologize, but i dont know how else to describe her) lady and as well as the crew always be talking in an island accent (unfortunately they forget they are still speaking in english with an accent for crying out loud) insulting people of their looks, how certain people eat certain ways, she always act sleek if you ask any questions regarding the menu. Not everyone is Pan-​Asian. And not to mention no welcome nor any greetings of any sort half of the time while you wait to be seated.
My concern is that how long will this kind of behavior be continued? I hope someone really set them straight. Hopefully in the near future they aquire some type of training to be more people friendly and embrace all the differences.
I have always gone back for the food all these years, but the restaurant hasnt brought any benevolent changes to its hospitality section.

Use to really like coming to this place. Now, I go only when I want a pork chop fix. The woman who is always there is rude. She isn’t kid friendly at all. The restaurant doesn’t look clean and we noticed that when a toy car dropped to the bottom of the booth. I think their broth for their noodle soups aren’t as strong as they use to be.
They also don’t accept coupons electronically. Must be printed out.

We came on a Sunday night with a party of 10. The place was pretty busy but still manageable. I’ve been here plenty of times and the service was pretty quick and friendly. But tonight’s service was extremely slow. Water service took forever, and someone was still missing a glass. Food took about 40 minutes to be served. Thank goodness for great company but we were hungry! Steamed dumplings took over an hour to be served– they must have forgotten even after 3 times asking.
Food– we ordered saito sushi– tasted great. Vermicelli noodles with beef and eggrolls (forgot the Vietnamese name) — always great when I come.

Decent food at reasonable prices. Typical non descript décor. Tried the Phở — broth thin lack the gelatin of a real beef stock and lacking seasoning but passable. Japanese entrees nothing but same old same old rolls and combos

The place is very very outdated and the service was terrible. Our waitress decided to have her lunch at another table when we were having
pork and rice noodle soup tasted very sour like the pork was spoiled. No one noticed or bothered to ask that it was completely untouched. When I spoke up at the end, our waitress rolled her eyes and walked off with it then had a conversation behind the counter with two other employees. She came back to them for me it was not spoiled. I don’t trust or have confidence in this restaurant. Beware…

This friendly place is almost like two redtaurants so I will review it twice!
First, they have a traditional Japanese menu with sushi bar and teriaki grill. You can get various chilled or hot Saki while you pull a seemingly endless amount of amazing sushi off the huge boats. You can also enjoy their amazing teriaki style beef and chicken.
The other half is their traditional Vietnamese menu with am amazing rendition of Phö.
The staff is great and helpful to first timers. They have a good traditional tea and milk tea selection. They also have some asian beers!
Love this place.

I had the phở with rare slices of beef. The phở bowl was pretty small and with the extra garnish you throw in there, it practically wants to spill on you. The broth itself was mediocre, not the worst nor the best. The service was bad. I came in during lunchtime. With only two tables there, the server took her sweet time to get me. I sat there for a good 10minutes waiting on water and a menu. After I finished eating, she took bout 10mins to give me my check. I was alone eating so it wasn’t like I had a conversation going on.

The sushi was decent, not great, the seafood soup my son ordered was also decent. The seafood wasn’t too fresh. The Vietnamese platter I ordered was pretty good but not good enough for me to go back.
