I had lunch here recently. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. The sushi was yummy and beautifully presented. 2 days later, I ordered dinner for delivery. My order arrived sooner than I expected! The food was good. But I will limit Sticky Rice to dine in only. The food lost its pizzaz being delivered.

$ 3 delivery fee which is very fair. Sushi is always fresh. Thai food is excellent. The rolls are huge. I’ve gotten delivery at least 20 times, and I’m not sure they’ve made a mistake. Only complaint is that the wait for delivery can be long, but that’s just because it’s good.

A small, neighborhood Thai/Sushi restaurant can be wonderful or a nightmare. Sticky Rice is wonderful. I usually wait to write a review, until going on a weekday + a weekend night. But decided to write after going on a Tuesday night. It’s a small dining room(30 seats), but a brisk take out business. The Curry puff appetizers were excellent, I recommend. I had the Sake Combo(salmon roll + 4 Salmon sushi). Comes with salad or Miso soup. All fresh tasting and delicious. Service was good. It was 5:30pm, I was only one in dining room. Take out was busy. Chef came from the kitchen to ask how I enjoyed. Nice touch. I will be returning. Next visit they could earn the 5th star.

So don’t judge a book by its cover gets applied her 100%. This place clearly is aimed at take out while the small dining area clean but eh not so pretty. HOWEVER, the Thai food is on point! If you like/love Thai food don’t be turned off this is the place. And it’s very reasonably proved in comparison to many of its local competitors. Good job!

What a great find!!! Best crab rangoon I have ever had(and I have had a lot)… Chicken pad Thai was very good… Have eaten there twice this week… This is my new favorite Thai restaurant… Definitely the best I have had since moving to Florida. Can’t wait to taste more of the menu!!! 11-1-2015 update… I have to share my disappointment with my delivery order today. Not only did the charge me a $ 4.00 delivery charge on a $ 25.00 order but did not answer the phone when I called back to add peanut sauce. I called six times. When they finally answered the phone she told me that the driver had already left. If they had answered the phone on the first call we would not have had that problem.

Sushi is amazing however everytime my roommate orders delivery they take almost 2 hours. You better order in aniticipation of being hungry or else you’ll starve to death waiting on it.

I ordered sushi here and they brought me the wrong roll. They tried to play it off like I ordered incorrectly, but I didn’t. I know how to read a menu, and I also know my sushi. That being said, the rolls I ate were nothing special. One was too fishy and the other one was just okay. I was thoroughly disappointed. I understand this a Thai place, so their specialty is most likely Thai food. May I suggest removing the«& Sushi» from the name of the restaurant, if the sushi is below par? I did try some other items from the menu that were tasty. *Chicken Wings *Tom Kha Soup *Sticky Rice *Edamame *Iced Green Tea The ambiance in the restaurant was also a tad depressing. When I first walked in the lights were as bright as that of a hospital’s. Additionally, it was teeny tiny inside. We were a large group that got there early for dinner(5ish), so they were able to accommodate us. If we had come an hour later, I doubt they would have been able to seat our party– we had 8 people! I doubt I will be back considering there are many better options for sushi and thai in my area.

Ordered last night. Took 1 ½ hours to get food. Called to check on order and a woman answered the phone and said it went out thanks and then hung up on me. Food arrived cold and although normally good, the experience sucked. This place is not cheap either, so I expected more. Volcano roll was dry and had crusty top.

I would have give this restaurant 3.5 stars, but since I couldn’t, I rounded up to 4. I was visiting family in South Florida and we ended up here purely based on location and the number of stars given on Unilocal. There were seven of us and a baby, and we went early enough that they were able to accommodate us. Otherwise, they may not have been able to because this place is very small. We ordered a few appetizers: –wings: good flavor and not too greasy –fried soft shell crab: this wasn’t terrible, but it was too fishy which took away some enjoyment –spring rolls: good quality typical spring rolls –edamame: average, slightly overlooked for my taste –Tom Kah Gai soup: VERY authentic and tasty flavor For dinner, half the table ordered the Pad Thai, which was good basic Pad Thai. I got the Panang curry which was delicious. Another person got the red curry, which was also good. One person ordered a few sushi rolls. The sushi was okay, but I’ve definitely had better. We got pork fried rice for the table that was a solid dish. I will say that I agree with other reviewers that their spice ranking is based on American spice levels. Medium tasted mild to me. But they were nice enough to bring us a condiment tray with two different pepper types, sugar, and fish sauce if you needed it. Service was descent. Ambiance was nothing special. Overall, this place didn’t blow me away, but most things were solid dishes. I would come here for the Thai dishes again, but I recommend skipping the sushi.

Really yummy food! Everything tastes great. Didn’t try any sushi, so not sure how fresh or yummy it is, but all the rest of the food tasted as though it was made fresh to order. We also saw them make it since they have an open kitchen. Even though they have few on staff, the lady did pretty well with her tables and taking ‘take out orders’. My favorite dish was the red curry beef; all the flavors melded perfectly. Thai tea tastes better than most places and the tom yum gong chicken breast was surprisingly not over cooked. The hot and sourness of the soup was wonderful, nothing too overpowering and the flavors melded well together. The pad Thai was perfect, sweet and savory. Even the medium spicy level was a great, not overpowering. Overall a pleasant experience.

I found this place on Unilocal amd im so glad i did! The food was delicious. Also they had the best online takeout ordering system ever! It was so easy to order. The price was very reasonable. When i picked up the food the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I highly recommend.

Absolutely LOVE their Tom Yum Shrimp and mine is Thai Spicy. Though we order out from here quite a bit, this is the first ever time eating in! Love the owners and atmosphere. All of their food is really great. Chicken Panang, sushi, conch salad, fried rice and of course my favorite Shrimp Tom Yum. Red Curry is to die for! Also love the Tom Kha soup(that’s with coconut milk).

Very sweet servers, but service is pretty slow as they are quite inattentive. The food tastes more Chinese than Thai. This is coming from someone who eats delicious home made thai a few times a week and has a Chinese best friend. The drunken noodles were too slimy and the flavor was just not traditional Thai… much closer to chow fun. The sauce for curry puffs and rolls also tasted like generic duck sauce… Sad, because they had such high reviews.

So my husband and I ended up coming here on accident when the other sushi joint we normally go to was closed. It’s not a big restaurant by any means, but the wait staff was very friendly even speaking broken English. For starters we ordered the miso soup and soft shell crab, which I’ve never tried before… It was made to order & absolutely delicious! The miso wasn’t anything extraordinary, I tend to like it with a little more salt(no salt & pepper shakers on the tables) but the broth was still tasty. For my entrée I ordered shrimp with garlic sauce; I was starving so it seemed like an eternity for me to get my food but it was actually only 10 minutes. The white rice that was served on the side was SO perfectly sticky &SO fresh, I seriously wanted to eat the whole bowl. The shrimp was fresh & cooked to the perfect tenderness, as were the vegetables with the dish. The garlic sauce was amazing, not too overpowering of any particular spice & the amount of heat made the dish just… umami. I still haven’t been able to get this particular meal out of my mind without my mouth watering. My husband ordered sushi, I can’t recall exactly which rolls at the moment, but again the fish, avocado & rice was as fresh as can be. He even noted it was better than the other joint we normally frequent, I was shocked! The meal was about 25% more expensive than our typical sushi outing, but definitely worth it.

Shame on you, Sticky Rice. :( While I’ve always been very delighted to order from(and dine at) Sticky Rice, my most recent experience has left me doubting their wish to keep my business. I drove over to Sticky Rice at the wishes of a friend(it was his birthday!) and I was excited to eat here once again. We walked inside and it was busy, which was fantastic for the business. Not a single person acknowledged us. I saw the waiter that I had a few times before, made eye contact and said hello, and he ducked by me without so much as saying one word. It was very embarrassing to stand in the doorway with guests continually looking at us — they KNEW we were being ignored. I said«Hello» again to the waiter(very kindly, with a smile!) and he still dodged me. I continued to wait there in the doorway for over 8 minutes(hoping for someone to say SOMETHING to us.) Without even taking 10 seconds to say, «Hi, we’re very busy, I’ll be right over to talk to you as soon as I can,» I can see that they do not care much about return guests or much care about their reputation. It’s such a damn shame, too; I constantly told my friends about this place and how wonderful the food and service was. Thanks to them, we left and dined somewhere else, spending well over $ 150+ between the three of us.

I’ve been a customer at the very least once a week since they opened. I’ve had 90% of the menu items, so if you have questions don’t hesitate to say«does Lee like it?» Lovely, lovely people, and(as in the majority of Thai people) they can’t do enough for you. The majority of American customer service workers and others in business should take lessons in Thailand. Unlike many(possibly the majority) Thai restaurants, the food is authentic Thai not the Americanized(you could almost find in the frozen section at your grocery). Try STICKYRICE once and I’ll bet it won’t be your last.

Nice little place, friendly service too. I had the beef panang curry, and my friend had the teriyaki salmon, which she enjoyed. I requested the curry be made«Thai hot» but it was disappointingly low level spice. The overall flavor was decent but nothing special as far as panang curry goes. Prices are reasonable I’ll probably give them another shot at some point.

Funny where you end up because your kid insists on a place with WIFI. This is a small place in Greenacres. It has about 8 tables. I would say it probably does much more take out and delivery than eat in business. The staff was very cordial and eager to please. I would say for me the food was just adequate. We started with some appetizers. The best item I had here was the Stir Fried Green Beans. They were crunchy and flavored with just the right amount of garlic and teriyaki. The Shrimp Shumai were awful. Did I say shrimp? You could not taste any shrimp at all, just dough. My 11 year enjoyed his Beef Satay, describing them as «full of flavor». As part of the lunch special, husband and I had salads. They were good and the peanut dressing was yummy. For my main I had a spicy tuna roll. It was a roll with minced tuna and spicy sauce in the side. I could deal with this but the roll was very short on tuna and very high on rice. My 9 year old loved his eel roll. He also had a volcano roll, which was a roll with surimi & cream cheese with dynamite on top-way too rich for me! I have not tasted dynamite for s while but it tasted a bit off. Hope I don’t have a sick kid later! Husband loved his Special Pad Thai. I tasted it and found it much too sickeningly sweet. Funny, the whole family seemed to really like the place but me. I did like the price tag though. Our feast for four which included four orders of dumplings, green beans, the satay, four sushi rolls, 2 salads, and the pad thai was $ 80 with tax & tip. Not horrible, but I won’t be rushing to return.
