We ordered online at 1PM and were told to expect our pizza to arrive at 1:30. We then proceeded to call at 2PM to confirm our order hadn’t been lost, only for the shift runner to relay that we ordered in the middle of a rush and would be waiting«at least 10 minutes.» Lo and behold, an hour after we were told to expect our order, we have no pizza and call once again, only to be assured the driver was out delivering for us. When I politely requested some form of compensation for the inconvenience, I was met with an abrupt«No, sir.» A disappointing, lukewarm pizza finally arrived at 3:15 in a box stamped with the delightfully ironic sloagn«Get Chanello’s fast!» along with five equally disappointing wings, which were in no way the garlic knots on our order. Will I be patronizing Chanello’s again? No, sir.

1 hour and 10 minutes later I finally receive a luke warm pizza and wings. The wings were less than mediocre and the size of my pinky finger. What a rip off. Pizza was bland and had to be put in the microwave. Driver shows up doesn’t say one word of apology. Just hands me a receipt to sign. Obviously has personal problems today and doesn’t need to work in a business. My only regret is that I tipped online and couldn’t take it back. Never again for this place.
