Zorza’s Smoke Shack

Just kind of… eh…I love pulled pork and this one was just bland. Nothing special. By bf said his roll was either stale or just really, really dry. Not worth the hunt for the place.

A friend of mine heard from another friend about a new smoke shack food truck that just opened up and has pulled pork sandwiches. I told her let’s go, so Friday afternoon, my friend, my son and I drove 20 miles to Hood River and found the place up on the heights. I had a pulled pork sandwich with sweet onions and I used a little of the sweet sauce on it. It was Amazing! It was juicy, tender, seasoned well and filling. My friend enjoyed the same, but she had coleslaw on it (no extra charge). My son enjoyed a pork wrapped hot dog. He uses these great tasting rolls and buns. The french fries are homemade with the skins on! We have been telling everyone about Zorza’s Smoke Shack and we added it to our Facebook pages. If in Hood River, driving through the Gorge, or heading up or down the mountain after a fun day in the snow, stop by here! It is well worth it! Cost was really nothing and amazing for food we got! We will return for sure! Thanks!
