Came for lunch and I always order the traditional wings(hot BBQ) with ranch, celery, and a Samuel Adams. Didn’t have a problem with order since server was prompt and got our order right away. Like all franchise they taste like other locations I been and the service was good. I’m sure it gets worse on weekends tho(I recommend take out/calling ahead). But I would eat here again if I’m in the area.

An extreme let down. I intended to dine in but had to leave without food because after being there 40 minutes I still didn’t have any food. Smh. Such a disappointment and totally ridiculous for chicken wings. This BBW definitely lost a patron today. I will not be coming back.

This is my favorite branch. Service has always been good and the guys there are friendly and welcoming. Haven’t had any issues with food. I usually order boneless wings and blue moon beer. Parking might sometimes be an issue as the parking lot is relatively small.

I have to say… BWW is notoriously reputed for horrible service. During my most recent visit, my party either lucked out with our server or this location is really trying to improve their service as we were impressed. Our server, I believe his name was Troy(maybe?), was attentive and provided good customer service. He promptly took our orders, suggested the option for us to try the new wing sauces before we place the order, and frequently updated us on the status of our food. My boyfriend found an insect in his beer(yikes!) midway through and our server quickly apologized, brought another one(insect-free), and said that the next beer will be on them. My boyfriend didn’t need that next beer so they just removed the charge from our bill for the trouble. In addition, when they made a mistake and brought out the wrong wing flavor for my friend, our server quickly resolved the issue. He ended up giving us the other wings that were mistakenly ordered since there was extra. Wings, entrees, and sides were all good. Drinks were all promptly refilled. Mistakes were apologetically and quickly rectified, which we really appreciated. I’m hoping that BWW is really trying to change their reputation for service in a positive direction. Keep it up!

Its a chain the food is the same every where. Service is what set you apart. I swear they managers gathered people walking underneath the pierce elevated and gave them a job. No manners, really rude. Laquisha was a complete ass hat on the phone when I went to order, so I hung up. Yall will never have my business.

Maybe it was just this location but I’ve been eating here for years and this was the worst. Wings were terrible and the potato wedges were overlooked and even worse. Place has gone to shit. Go to Pluckers MUCH better.

I really want to give it 4 stars, but I can’t justify an extra star on superb wait service by my waiter alone. My waiter, Reynard, is awesome, btw. Great with my kiddo, friendly. Helpful. Cherry. Professional. This place definitely tries. There are lots of friendly waiters, with smiles on their faces. But the food is just OK. I asked for a salad, and the lettuce leaves what kind of sucky. They bought me a new one, and still, soggy lettuce leaves. Gross! We also ordered the buffalo wing Mac and cheese. The sauce was rather runny, as if they had just poured milk into it… I think that may be what they did. There was a negligible amount of chicken on it, and very fried, with a ratio of breading to meat. Servers are super friendly though. I want to make sure that that comes out in this review! I did not like my dear, and they brought me a totally new one.

Dining in is a different experience than ordering to-go on here. It’s disappointing actually because with to-go orders, there is not much to do but just be nice over the phone. I usually do not like dining in because I like eating in the comfort of my home; I love bdubs whether it is Tuesday or not. Countless times they have left me holding for 10 minutes and more, it’s obvious that they have forgot me too because usually I call right when they open. Other times they hurry and get my order without even repeating it back so they hang up on me. When I come to pick it up, of course it is wrong. They quickly develop attitudes towards me over the phone when I correct them on my order such as «I didn’t hear you say that» and such. When I ask for their name, they sound shocked why I would want their name. When I get home, about three times out of the many times I’ve come, I’ve gotten stale fries. I’m surprised that I haven’t made a review about this earlier but a little part of me wants to believe in this location. It’s upsetting cause I love the food so much but the service is not up to par.

Service was good, food/beer and football games on every screen. What more can you ask for in a Saturday afternoon in November?

***this isn’t about the food but about the staff, I never got to try the food*** Came in here with my girlfriend to try out BWW but… it was strange, no one ever came to sit us(unless we had to sit ourselves??). When we were entering the restaurant there were two employees talking loudly about how much they hate being there. So anyways. after about 3 minutes of standing around we just left. We won’t be returning here again. Never been to a restaurant where we felt so unwelcome.

Perfect place to stop when I had a layover wile taking the Megabus to Austin. Quick service. Very nice. Food came out fast and was good. I wish I’d chosen a different sauce but that was my bad. :)

SO and I came by here for lunch and after reading other reviews, I’m surprised we had such great service! Although we weren’t in any rush like some of the other patrons, our waiter took our orders quickly and delivered the check before we were even half way done. Multiple staff members stopped by and asked us if there was anything we needed so it appears BWW is aware of the complaints of slow/bad service. Food came out great and I was impressed with how clean the entire place looked. And with how many televisions they have, I’m sure this location is a great place for college football gamedays!

Since I’ve yet to find a good boneless wing place in houston I come here because it is close to my apartment and you know what to expect with BDubbs. I like that you can order take out simply online. For whatever reason they are SOOO slow at this location. Worst speed wise of any that I’ve visited. They also have messed up orders /don’t understand extra sauce/wet. Oh well — it’s close and I am a sucker for boneless Thursday deal.

Came one night to watch the Rockets take out the Spurs. Let’s talk about the parking. Blah. I ended up valeting my car with the new bar(that was dead empty on a Thursday night) in the same complex around the corner. $ 10. There were literally no spots in the parking lot, and because I was by myself, I was not going to be hunting for street parking and then walking alone, in the dark to BW3s. There were plenty of tables open and tvs. The waiters can come by intermittently, so you better have your drink and food order ready when they come by. Expect to wait at least 30 min or when your food is ready, whichever sooner till the waiter comes back. But I was impressed by how well the waiter was able to keep split checks separate. The side salad is the expected combo of sad, limp lettuce with the obligatory tomato and cucumber slice(yes, singular). Also, we ordered the sampler, and I’m not sure what was up with the stale chips. I forgot how good low quality mozzarella deep fried, dipped in marinara tastes. The breading on the onion rings could have broken a tooth. I did like the corn dogs even though they were strangely sweet. All in all it wasn’t the worst, but there’s vast room for improvements.

The only reason that this place doesn’t get one star is because not matter how horrible the service is, the food is usually good! So, short and sweet! When the hostess is not enthusiastic about greeting you, the experience just might be headed that way, as well. I have to learn that when I see teens and not adult employees in a restaurant(fast food or otherwise) there is a 75% chance it’s going to be a bad experience. EXPERIENCE: I wanted to take in a quick meal with my kiddo before the Rockets game at 7, so I decided to try this BW3’s. First and foremost, the place was not even half capacity and they seemed to be over staffed. The place was overrun with teen workers, giggling, flirting, and just being… teens. It took a while to get our food after ordering and three times longer to get our bill. When I stopped our server, who kept walking past us and not even acknowledging us, and asked for the bill, she told me that she’d been cut and that another server would be helping us AND that she’d let her know that we wanted our bill. The two never interacted, other than giggling in one of the galley’s, and it still took us an inordinate amount of time to get our bill. There were at least three other tables that were experiencing the same thing. NOTETOMANAGER: Please make yourself or a representative, who is over 21, available for assistance. There are too many other places in midtown to go to get btter food and even better service! You did horrible! I will NEVER visit this restaurant again!

Typical BWW — great place if you want to catch a game. They recently redid the interior feel brighter inside. If you want wings(traditional or boneless) and want to watch a game(any game). You’ll enjoy your time there.

Horrible parking. Barely any spaces alotted for the big restaurant so i always have to pay $ 10 across the street to park. Otherwise food always good. Service was great yesterday. Kyle was our waiter. He was fast funny and efficient. I don’t like how the menu changed to snack, small, medium, large size wing orders instead of the actual quantity of wings. The spicy garlic wings needs more salt btw. My fave is the Caribbean jerk and the sweet&hot bbq dry rub. The dessert with fried tortilla and ice cream and fried cheesecake is so good. Great to share for 4 – 6 people. Place gets packed some days.

Came here with a large group for the Texans/Cowboys game. We arrived quite early to make sure to get enough table space. Surprisingly, the place didn’t fill up like other locations until the game had already started. I assume this to be because there are so many other places nearby to watch the game. The restaurant is maintained well, and restrooms clean. The food is what you’d expect I guess. We’re big fans of the mini corndogs and usually order samplers to get a bit of everything. On this visit the pretzels came out with 2 cheese sauces, but both had a thick skin on them, so they had probably been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The wings we got were also kind of dry. Service overall was pretty prompt and the bill came out with sections for each person, making calculations easier. I like BW3 fine, but never really go unless it’s game day.

We dropped in around 6pm on Saturday to catch the end of a football game, figuring it wouldn’t be a problem to get it up on one of the 42+ screens. It was the most disjointed service I’ve ever had. Once seated, four different servers came for our drink order, which was«water» until we could get the SEC network up on a screen. They each said they didn’t have the authority, but only one actually offered to ask a manager to change the channel. A sports bar that makes channel requests a hassle? Kid yourselves not, some people are only here to watch a game, not for your food. After about 20 minutes, we got our channel on and we put in an order for wings that took over 20 – 25 minutes to come out. A wing place where the slowest item is… wings? Then, three separate servers tried to bring us a beer we didn’t order. I’m guessing it was put in twice by accident, which is how we eventually got it for free. The wings themselves were mediocre for $ 20. I’d go on one of their special nights instead. But there’s a flavor for everyone, and you can mix flavors(roughly 1 flavor per 5 wings). Thai curry: too salty. Ick. Caribbean jerk: too much… coriander…slight spicy. Mango habanero: hot hot hot! But tasty. Honey BBQ: my favorite.(Boring, I know) I really wouldn’t hurry back here.
