Ok do they make the sandwiches in the car outside of the office or what? They are freakishly fast but when it takes longer to place the order than get the sandwich i have a problem. Hello management, fix the phone and computer system or get someone who can operate them. These people are representing your business and when I have to give my order, which I order the same thing every time 3 times and read off my credit card 4 times i wonder why i am still on the phone. Oh yeah because I am hungry. Others were talking about it at the office and someone had suggested the online ordering system works well, I like the gargantuan and the oatmeal cookies but not enough to go through the hassle again. You’ve got one more chance for my business guys.

So I decided to try them out for the 1st time on their«Customer Appreciation Day» where they had select sandwiches for $ 1…unfortunately those that were an option(#1−6) are not very exciting sandwiches with only 1 kind of meat and do not include cheese unless you pay extra(lame). I was very underwhelmed with my sandwich(Turkey Tom), lacks any sort of flavor, even though I added Dijon mustard, add to that, Hellman’s Mayo is used… which I detest. And why do I have to request for it to be cut in half? It’s safe to say this will be my 1st and last JJ experience. I’ll continue to frequent Jersey Mike’s and Which Wich. The only positive note on my experience: Even with the insane amount of customers that flooded the doors even before 11am when the special started, the employees worked quickly and I did have any Customer Service issues, so Kudos to those workers!

Subs so fast you’ll literally freak. I love this location. Great service and very clean. The best thing about Jimmy John’s is they offer any of their sandwiches as an unwich(lettuce wrap instead of bread). The lettuce is so fresh and they leave a little water on it so you don’t need the condiments… You can drop the mayo with no regrets.

Ok so I have had a few sandwiches from here and I can honestly say they were pretty horrible. I had a BLT today and it hardly had any bacon at all and it was the tiniest pieces of microwave bacon I’ve ever seen. A total waste of money. We order at work and this is the last time I get anything from this restaurant. I’m done.

Jimmy Johns annoys the crap out of me. I live 2.3 miles from this place — I called and he said I live too far for delivery. «Our delivery radius is only one mile.» Welp, in that case. I am ordering a pizza.

We ordered two sandwich trays for $ 78 for a meeting. We discovered 6 of the pieces were without meat. After the meeting i asked our receptionist to call and let them know if they could send us a couple of extra sandwiches. The manager, Victor, said«it was too late, there was nothing they could do» because we didn’t call right after the sandwiches were delivered. I would think keeping a customer would be more important than«policy». I guess he won’t care if I don’t use them again.

I had the worst experience at this Jimmy Johns ever. I ordered a sandwich with extra items and when I returned home I didn’t have any of the extra items I ordered. I called the location and they never once asked to resolved this situation and that was unacceptable for me. I will never visit a Jimmy Johns again.

Terrible customer service. Hours posted say they close at 10PM. Called at 9:15PM for delivery and employee said they don’t deliver after 9PM but the lobby stays open until 10PM if I wanted to come in. I hung up and literally called back 25 seconds later to put in the order for pick-up instead. A different employee answered and said they closed at 9PM and they are already shut down for the night. I told him the other guy I JUST talked to said the lobby closes at 10PM. He told me that guy didn’t know what he was talking about and they close at 9. Employees are rude and don’t want business. I had a big order for a group of people and took my business to another location who was happy to deliver 10 minutes before closing time. Poor service at this location.

I knew before I ate here again that I don’t like JJs. But it was a free lunch so hey. Anyways im also a believer in more than a dozen chances… And once again like an insane man, I am reminded why I don’t like this franchise. The bread. The bread is too thick and it feels like all I am eating is bread. So while this location has to take my negative review of all JJs everywhere, I actually have no problem with the location and people. It’s just JJs in general. Eek! Not the sandwich shop for me.

The sandwiches here are usually good but, its the service and delivery that is a problem. This is the nearest location to me so we use it often. I have experienced forgotten items on order, which i was charged for, terrible delivery service that gets lost and just returns to store. If your in the business of delivering food and especially to a good regular customer, make sure your drivers have GPS on their phone or printed directions. No one wants a warm soggy sandwich. I will just order lunch from somewhere else from now on.

The have pretty decent sandwiches. They compete with Subway, Firehouse Subs etc. What I really like about them is if its raining and I don’t want to go out to lunch, they deliver to my office. I mean deliver to my office. I have had the delivery guy knock on my door to deliver to my desk. hats a big perk for me. Other than that not much to scream about.

My wife is on a short term contract in Houston close to this Jimmy Johns. While visiting her on the weekend I thought it would be nice before I left to head home to get her a couple of sandwiches from this location so wouldn’t have to cook dinner and would have something for lunch the next day. The second sandwich was made incorrectly with an ingredient my wife cannot eat so she tried to take it back the next day to have it remade. The store manager Zak refused to remake the sandwich because my wife didn’t have the receipt, she explained that I had made the purchased and had taken the receipt with me when I had left town. When she questioned them about the policy she was told she could have purchased that sandwich at any JJ’s location, she then asked what nefarious purpose it would serve for her to return the sandwich to some other location the manager became rude and basically called her a liar about purchasing the sandwich. I called the store and spoke with Zak and again explained the sandwich was made wrong and I had the receipt and asked him to remake the sandwich correctly for my wife, I got the same reply as my wife so I asked for the corporate number which is 800−546−6906 if anyone else needs it. I called up the corporate location and was directed to the correct person to talk to, I explained the situation and they took my contact info saying someone would be in touch shortly. One week later I had to call back as I hadn’t heard back and they checked to make sure that they had the correct contact info, which they did, and again said that someone would be in touch. One week later(two weeks now) I had to call back yet again and was told someone would call me back. A few hours later the regional manager called me back and it was like talking to Zak the Store manager all over again… didn’t care about the way my wife was treated, didn’t care about the sandwich being made incorrectly and certainly didn’t care that he was losing a customer. Isn’t it amazing how places love touting their customer service skils but cant resolve the simplest issues fairly? So to sum up if they make your sandwich right then you will probably enjoy it but if there is a problem be prepared to be called a liar, to repeatedly have call an 800 number and for your problem to be ignored at all levels.

Because I’m a «Yelper» and I write reviews, I am giving an honest, and recent review of this establishment. My sister ordered a sandwich last night(¾/14) and has a severe case of food poisoning. She has all the nasty accouterments and now seeking medical attention. The manager told her on the phone that«You’re the only one to call about this, so we can’t do anything.» Such crap. Obviously then don’t care, and my sister won’t call the city to inspect them. I used to order from there at work, but not anymore. They don’t care about their customers, I won’t give them any more service.

Excellent sandwiches!!! From the moment you walk in the door you are hooked. The aroma of fresh bread is amazing! Your order is completed just as soon as you pay for it. I can never get my receipt and head to the drink station before my sandwich is ready for me to eat! Friendly staff that greets you when you walk in and thanks you when you walk out. Always a treat during lunch, which sees most of its customers. The classic rock music that plays throughout the restaurant is the perfect(and only) way to eat this sandwich!

I had the #5 Vito® from the 8′ sub sandwich selection and the #9 Italian Night Club® from the giant club sandwich selection so far… and they are both delicious! Although they could both use more dominant and notable flavor kick to them. Preferably more fresh tasty Italian vinaigrette! Those two options are my favorites by far!
