Mattress Firm Clearance

Purchased a mattress set on Tuesday the 29 and was told it would be delivered the following sunday the 3^rd. Everything during the purchase process was good. Then Saturday came along. We called to confirm delivery. We asked for a delivery window, we were told between 8 and 9… sounds great, oh wait you mean 8am and 9pm. not so great. We cancelled all our plans on Sunday to ensure we were home. Sunday morning we sold our current bed to ensure that there was room for the new one. At about 2:30pm we called again to see if there was a better window that could be provided, we were then told by our salesman jody that the order would not be delivered until the 7^th and that he was going to call but he was busy. unacceptable. poor service. and poor accountability. We will be cancelling our order and going somewhere else. Now my 5 month pregnant wife will have to sleep on the couch until the bed gets here or until we get a different one. Extremely disappointed to say the least.
I am adjusting this review based on the quick customer service and response by mattress firm. they made it right and I am satisfied by thier actions

I hate shopping! …So anything that makes these chores easier and more enjoyable is always an added bonus. I have to say that the staff at this clearance store… was just great! Particularly Ms Christine Tran who, in spite of my persistently sardonic remarks, remained cheerful and helpful! Very, very helpful; not pushy, but informative… Darn it!!!
Further, I have to say that even the delivery people were ON TIME, and did their job very efficiently and with a courteous nature. All in all… an A+ experience. Thanks Christine!

Recently purchased a mattress and box spring for my first apartment and mattress firm made the move a breeze. Yadira was a great help and got exactly what I needed! Delivery men arrived on time and were in and out in 5 min. Overall great experience!
