We purchased with our truck to bring home and we were sent to an old warehouse no longer occupied by MF by the sales associate (he printed out directions to their old location). It took us so long to get over there by the time we figured out it was the wrong address it was too late to drive back up north to pick up our mattress that same day (they close at 6pm). We had to wait until Friday since Wednesday is inventory and it really put us in a bind. The salesman tried to correct his mistake by offering free delivery on Friday, however, I was very adamant that it could only be delivered after 3:30pm. I received a call at 1:58 from the driver stating he was on his way to my home to which I replied my appointment time is between 3:56 — 5:56. The driver was rude and said «I’ll be there at 3pm». I had to leave my job early without pay to make it home in time to let them in at «3pm» and they didn’t even arrive until 4:15pm.

I visited this location about 30 mins ago. I did not have a great experience and I wish Jason was there. The lady working there was not familiar with the type of mattress I was seeking. I asked her if she had anything comparable in the Sealy brand and all I heard was crickets. She didn’t try to look anything up on the computer, no suggestive selling, and she didn’t ask me what type of bed I currently have at home. I will take my money elsewhere!

I went with my mother for her to choose a bed for herself. The salesman, Shantel Jackson, was very patient. Her knowledge of each mattress was impressive. The price was right and they were able to finance interest free for 12 months. I would recommend this store for all of your mattress needs.

Wow… Great service, Jason is the Manager here and he was a great help. He introduced my family and I to the no credit program and it worked fast. Had no issues or problems. He threw in some free items as well.
