Probably the cheapest prices for food in all of Houston Hobby, so they have that going for them. The food is standard Wendy’s date with little markup for the airport which is unlike most of the other food establishments in Houston Hobby. On the other hand, the service can be friendly, and can be robotic, but it’s been slow both times I have eaten here.

This location got very busy as I was waiting, so it took a few more minutes than I expected. HOWEVER, the staff was so nice to me and every customer that walked up. They were also all helping each other out, one girl was running around getting drinks another was refilling all of the condiments. The cashiers were smiling at everybody and continued to be so nice even though they were slammed. Great customer service goes a long way, probably the best airport customer service I’ve received!

I wish I could give you zero stars. The worst I have ever been screwed up on an order for an item that DOESNTEVENHAVETOBEMADE! I ordered two side Caesar salads and when I looked in the bag I had two garden salads. I went and returned the bag to the girl and let her know they gave me the wrong ones. She went back to exchange them for the right ones and came back with a new bag. This time I checked it and had the wrong dressings. Went back to get my Caesar dressing instead of the ranch that was in the bag. After getting on the plane I pull my salads out and have tomatoes in my Caesar salads?! Wth? Have you ever seen this? Terrible terrible terrible.

Service would rate zero stars if possible. On Sunday afternoon with a nearly empty airport they were taking 15 minutes to deliver food. Their processes are completely broken with cooked food piling up at the staging area as they wait for fries or whatever to complete the order. Maybe breakfast is better, but if you are in a hurry to get to your gate, forget this place. There are much better and faster options in the airport.

I had breakfast at the Wendy’s inside the Delta terminal at Houston Hobby airport. Not too many choices here for breakfast at 6 am so I went the better known brand although I have never had breakfast at Wendy’s. The egg and sausage sandwich on a m icon was good but Mickey D’s is better. Their home fries were a pleasant surprise and they have good coffee. All in all a decent experience especially at an airport.

This is not my preferred fast food chain, but getting a quick bite was the only thing of concern. There was no line and service was efficient. Food was the typical Wendy’s taste and quality. However, I hate that the prices of this or any fast food chain are always so exorbitant in any airport.

Good but slow. They need to tell you the food isn’t ready when you order not after. This is an airport and people are in a hurry.

For good and cheap fast foods inside Hobby Airport, no one can go wrong with Wendy’s. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit combo for $ 6.16 including tax. It came with potatoes and drink of your choice. Yummy for my tummy without breaking my traveling piggy bank.

Friendly staff. Fast service. Inexpensive food. Cold & dense frosties. Hot & crispy nuggets. An easy and quick go to place for food at an airport. What more can you ask for?

Service was friendly. Food was as expected(had a spicy chicken). It came out quickly, and hot. No complaints. If I am ever passing by again I will give it another go.

I agree with Reid S. Solid three star Wendy’s. I haven’t been able to try the nugs yet, since I typically am only here in the morning. I guess I could have morning nugs, I just haven’t been adventurous enough to step out and make that life decision. I usually get the number 6 sandwich. Wendy’s did a good job making this sandwich. Biscuit, sausage, egg, cheese. Real egg, too. For a few weeks, Wendy’s used those brown bathroom paper towels instead of napkins, but this morning, Wendy’s used the real napkins. Maybe they just ran short and had to run into the restrooms to keep on going. I’ve been there before though, so I won’t judge.

Pretty good Wendy’s. Nugs were good and hot. Had em twice now, no complaints. Wouldn’t buy a ticket to get through security just to go to this Wendy’s, but if I was here waiting on a flight and wanted some Wendy’s I would definitely go to this Wendy’s. Average Wendy’s menu, maybe missing a few things even. Three stars

I must say, I do not understand the 1.5 star rating. I’ve pretty much made it my personal tradition to just grab a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy’s anytime I’m flying out of Hobby. The airport does offer quite a few other food options, but they are all unbearably overpriced(or reasonable pricey) so I generally come here for a cheap, quick, pre-flight snack. Sure, it’s a little more expensive than an outside Wendy’s, but I am in no mood to shell out twice as much money for slightly-less mediocre food. Everyone working here has seemed friendly, too, so I have no complaints.

Obnoxiously poor service. They ran out of apple chicken salads, my fries were COLD, and my chicken sandwich was soaking wet from an excess of cooking juices. Cashier shorted me change. my sandwich was done faster than the salad was. Skip this as you pass through Houston and try a better restaurant.

Website completely wrong. States open at 5am but they told me it is 6am. I had to go further down the central concourse to Dunkin Donuts to get an early breakfast.

Even though I am fraternally linked to Dave Thomas, I still do not really see the allure in Wendy’s unless you are absolutely stuck in a place for an extended period of time and your only other options are not available or you are just sick of everything else. On an early morning flight out of Hobby the Barry’s Pizza is not an option. The bar at BWW is probably not the best idea either. So enter Wendy and her breakfast sandwiches. Two stars is generous since it is airport food and you are starving after having your plane delayed — either eat it and shut up, or sit there and fume about your lack of options. There is worse in the world, but there is better. The Wendy’s at the UC at UH has better food quality and nicer people workers — probably because it is UH and not the airport. But still, two stars is nicer than one and I will probably be forced to eat here again sometime very soon.

Although there isn’t much to say about this place, I will do my best to provide an overview longer than a Facebook status update. Breakfast. It is Wendy’s, as someone astutely observed, and they are consistent with what you would expect. I’ve always felt Wendy’s did the best fast-food job on a sausage, egg, cheese biscuit. Always crowded in the AM, relatively quick, very chaotic. Everything seems to cost a dollar more at this one. They could cut costs by putting the ketchup out, but in this economy paying someone to hand out ketchup all day might not be a bad thing. My favorite breakfast concession at Hobby, but you can do better for lunch and dinner elsewhere.
