Great food! Great service! We had a small appetite and just ordered some calamari and pizza. We are from Chicago and even though it wasn’t Chicago style, the BBQ chicken pizza was excellent! We will definitely return.

This Italian good cannot be beat! Delivery service is top notch. Always arrives piping hot. They always get our order right and the food is the best I’ve had in. Many many years. They do it right– with passion and perfection. I’m addicted!

This place seems waaaay overpriced. Had a simple spaghetti dish that cost me nearly $ 20 and was just mediocre.

Love this place! Come here every time I want Italian. Huge portions. And they serve illy coffee which is the best. The staff is wonderful, especially Jaime! I have picked up dinner from here and longingly stared at the crepes for the tasting menu and they have just given me crepes even though it’s not on their regular menu! Plenty of street parking on coldwater canyon so no point shelling for valet.

I LOVETHEIR Pagliacci Pizza. Hands down the yummiest pizza near me. I’ve never dinned in, only delivery, which can take up to 75 minutes, so unless you are patient, I would order pick up and have it in 15 minutes! But everyone has always been friendly. I will be back!

My boyfriend and I had dinner here tonight. We ordered one of the special appetizers. It was really good. We also loved their bread. My boyfriend had the pappardelle carbonara and though it was rich he really enjoyed it. I had the rigatoni with chicken and broccoli. It was tasty but the chicken was cut way too small which made it dry. I think it would be better if the chicken was cut in bigger chunks or pieces. Valet was excellent. He even opened the door to the restaurant for us on our way in. We will be back and I will try something different next time.

I’ve been coming here since the pizza and yogurt days. It’s like the mediocre teen that turns into the most amazing incredibly beautiful swan. This is an incredible, sophisticated restaurant that has hit it’s stride. The dishes are beautiful mixes of the best quality Italian ingredients. I’ve had incredible hand made pastas, shrimp, lamb, amazing appetizers. Just had heirloom tomatoes with burrata and arugula. Incredible. Melt-in-your-mouth chicken picatta. Perfectly balanced sauces. Splendid desserts, and a nice selection of wine. Service is impeccable, especially for a neighborhood place. What a nice thing to have a cool sophisticated Italian eatery nestled close to home. Pagliacci’s makes me very very happy. An absolute 10.

Been here a few times– Never had a bad meal. I’m a big big fan of the lasagna– Home made pasta with the meat sauce – LOVEIT! I’m a creature of habit and always start with the Calamari, then Caesar salad and BOOM– my lasagna! The one thing that gets me and has made me not go in ISTHEVALETPARKING! I don’t get how you charge people for parking your car 20 feet? Drives me nuts. I was told it was the building owner and not the shop owners; pure GREED! ONEMORETHING!!! WHYDON’T SERVERSINTRODUCETHEMSELFS? Not just here, it’s the norm now a days; lost art.

I stumbled upon this place because my regular spot closed down. How pleased I was to find that a seemingly not-yet-open restaurant ended up being one of the best lunches I’ve had in an extremely long time. The selection is vast, the bar is well stocked with the beers and wines of the taste trends, and the staff is calm, collected, kind, and helpful. Man — I’m full, but hungry for more! P. S. — The ravioli is amazing. Thanks for everything — I’ll be back.

We ordered dinner from here for the first time tonight. Pretty sure I just had the best burger of my life! I had the pagliacci burger with fries and it was PERFECTION!!! I can’t believe how good it was… and the fries as well were outstanding! My hubby had the chicken piccata and was very pleased with it. Service was great too, delivery was on the early side of the estimated delivery time — NICE. Yep, this is definitely going to be a regular place!!! :)

The food was great specially the rissoto funghi and the barbeque chicken pizza. This is one of my sisters favorite family restaurants and they treat her like a queen. Its difficult to find a place where they make you feel like family. Try the risotto with mushrooms.

Ok, we’re on a quest to find the best Lasagna and Pizza in North Hollywood and adjacent areas!!! This is a review for Lasagna and Pizza ONLY!!! Ordered take-out Staff was very friendly and helpful, and order was ready at arrival! Lasagna was excellent… best so far! Pizza, hmmm… I have to say, I LOVE and KNOWPIZZA. I happen to like Oregano… so for that their pizza is good, however, talk about SALTY… It was a struggle to get passed a couple of slices… SALTYSALTYSALTY. If you don’t like Oregano, you won’t like their pizza… it is heavy on it. Crust was good… not too thin, and just the perfect crunch. I had really high hopes for their pizza, since lasagna was so delicious… thought I could get best of both worlds in one place… but no… sorry Pagliacci. I have your replacement close by for now. But the search continues!!!

OMG– the heavens opened up this evening on the Chef– I went here the other day and enjoyed my food, however, my two guest did not enjoy their risotto and chicken, nor did they enjoy the service, however, everyone has a bad day-even waitresses. Tonight however, my friends sure did miss the meal of the century-I celebrated a personal victory and treated myself to dinner alone and togo, I just live up the road so when I returned home my Filet Mignon was still hot, the bread was made to perfection as is the usual case, and the waiter warmed the butter just as I requested. I placed the bread and butter in my mouth and just swam in the softness and the wonder in it’s taste, and Steven(the big guy whom runs the place) must have talked with his crew as everything from the moment I entered until I returned home was PERFECTION!!! When I took the bite of the filet mignon it was cooked to perfection, Medium Rare, and it was delicious down to the last bite, and then I had the grilled zucchini, asparagus, and red peppers were so wonderfully made that I literally moaned with each bite. I AMTELLINGYOUPEOPLE, YOUAREDOINGYOURSELF A DISSERVICEIFYOUDONOTHAVEDINNERHERE.. I know I have given negative reviews when it could have been better, but if I could have rated this place with ten stars tonight, I would have. This is how you run a restaurant! Thank you guys very much for making my dinner tonight so great, tonight will be a winner in my mind forever! Take a look at my dish-and I ordered Milk! Now I wish I had the desert but I’m so full!!! Thank you Steve! You have restored my expectations for this place. You men didn’t miss a beat!!! Thank you thank you! You guys are awesome! THISREVIEWMONTHSAGO: I went to Pag’s today at 3:05 to try the lunch menu which averages a dollar less than what the dinner menu is. Steven/owner/manager was not in. I was met by Chris whom stated lunch is over and I asked what was the difference in pricing as Steven suggested on a visit previously to try the lunch menu that they now have. I was miffed at Chris’s attitude when I stated that I was eager to try something from the lunch menu-however, if it’s the exact menu with only a dollar in discount-then what’s the difference? He laughed and blatantly told me-«then don’t order, you don’t have to eat here!» What? I’ve been on strike due to the inconsistency and the smart remarks from some of the male server’s and put up with having cold food or inconsistent portions and now this guy has the nerve to speak to me in such a rude manner-Steven is not in, so I couldn’t speak with him but I can see the wait staff is still as arrogant and rude to customer’s so to give them another chance, FORGETIT! Don’t have a smart mouth and tell me it doesn’t matter to him, I can go someplace else is unacceptable. As much as I wanted to give another chance, to be laughed at, spoken to rude-I know I would have resented every bite. I used to come in there for lunch often per week and in the evenings I brought guests-apparently, they don’t value my business. I’m going to Lala’s on Ventura where I am valued and they deserve tips.

Pagliacci’s tonight did not fail to impress! We have always been highly pleased with the consistency of this neighborhood favorite! Wether you are ordering a special or one of the regular menu items– you cannot miss! Portions are plentiful and delicious! I hate to review a favorite place because I don’t won’t it to be overrun! They survived over a year of road construction– If they weren’t amazing they would not have survived. They are deserving of your business

Yummmm very tasty Italian food! Came here a few days ago(on a Monday night) with my boyfriend. The place was slow when we walked in; there were only 2 other 2 tops seated. The food was DELICIOUS and prepared very well. We really enjoyed everything we ordered. The complimentary bread they bring is fresh and really good. We got the calamari appetizer. I love how it was a mix of fried squid and fried zucchini. For my entrée, I got the spaghetti allo scoglio(spaghetti in a spicy tomato sauce with TONS of seafood: shrimp, calamari, scallops, clams and mussels). It tasted amazing! The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and the fresh garlic gave it an even better flavor. I wish I didn’t get full so quickly because it was so good. My boyfriend ordered the tortellini di zucca(pumpkin tortellini with sage cream sauce and walnuts). He said the taste of his dish was amazing too and finished every bite. I have to admit, I don’t like pumpkin or walnuts but it looked really good. The only downside of the night was that our food was prepared pretty slow for a restaurant that wasn’t busy. We hadn’t eaten all day so we were starving. We ordered an appetizer so that we would have something to munch on while we were waiting for the food to be made. We had finished the basket of bread and large portion of calamari(which we ate pretty slowly) and still waited another 15 minutes for our food to come out. I was happy the taste of the food made up for the long wait though. Our server was a Hispanic man that was very polite and friendly. I want to come here again and try other things on the menu that sounded good like the risotto ai frutti di mare, rigatoni con funghi, and their pizzas.

Worst service! It took forever to get someone to take our order and even longer to get our food. People that got there after us were getting two courses before we even got one. We ordered a salad, which they never brought and once we finally got our main courses, it wasn’t even what I ordered. I wanted tortellini and they gave me ravioli. When I told him, Daniel D, the server, told me he didn’t know the difference between ravioli and tortellini. Seriously?! There was no management on the floor and he didn’t even take anything of the check or offer us anything to make up for their incompetency. When we were leaving I found my car parked literally right by the front door. The valet was leaning on my car talking on his phone so I had to get my own keys and he still wanted to charge me for his services! Seriously?! Are you kidding me?! Awful, Awful, staff! They don’t know what they’re doing and there isn’t even anyone running the place! I went back a few times to talk to the owner Steve but he was never there so that is why I’m writing this review.

The food was OK. We got the calamari app and it was delicious but very greasy… The risotto with mushrooms was OK… My cioppino was flavorful and filling with lots of fresh seafood… I ended up taking some of it to-go… The highlight of the lunch was the house-made tiramisu! It was delicious and a larger portion(enough for 2 to share). Keep in mind, this place is a bit pricey for the location. Our bill came out to just about $ 70 before tip. Oh, Definitely skip the coffee! but definitely get the tiramisu! if nothing else, I’ll be back for desert: D

One of our favorites for Italian. My fiancé loves the cioppino and not many places in the valley do it. We like the burrata app and the calamari is really good. Tonight I got the Fettuccine di Spinaci– Homemade green and yellow fettuccine with wild mushroom rag and ricotta salata in olive oil and garlic. I asked them to add scallops. It was delicious! Tip: valet is $ 4.50 BYOW okay
