They should change the name of this club to the clean bathroom club, United Clean Bathroom Club, UCBC. I think more people would join if they knew they didn’t have to use the public restroom in LAX which is second in awfulness only to that bathroom on Lanikai beach that looks like a fallout shelter. Also they have free coors light, and I gotta tell you, sometimes you need that silver bullet before a flight.

Old lady with glasses at the front desk is racist! She just ignored me and my girl friend tried to serve white lady behind us. Even this nice lady told this bixxh to serve us first since it is obvious that we were waiting before her. I will never use United club again. Btw all flight attendants were great!

Not a bad lounge area. The customer service reps were terrific in helping us change seats. I was very pleased with their assistance. The food pretty decent. I got extra helpings of their quinoa salad. Tasted extra good because I was super hungry. They offered a minestrone soup that was okay. I didn’t think the food was super memorable though. I just appreciated the fact that we had a place to sit and charge our phone. They offered many beverages too where you could get different types of juices. The one negative is that they don’t make it very obvious as to where to get the complimentary alcoholic beverages. We kept seeing people carrying wine glasses but couldn’t find it.

United Airlines doesn’t care about their customers! It’s like putting a fence around a slum and charging for entry. You are better off flying a different airline.

Warning: If you have a day pass, you will not have access to the lounge between 3pm and 9pm. I got two passes with the Chase credit card, but they won’t honor them because of capacity. I’m writing this review as I try to get wifi on my 3 hour layover. If you do get in, at least they have hot coffee and fast wifi. I wish this wasn’t the first time United Airlines fell below my already low expectations. While other airlines are adding amenities and at least making an attempt to keep passengers happy, United is removing seat back TVs and causing people to sleep in airports.

As far as airline lounges are concerned, this one is above average. The staff is courteous, but there isn’t enough seating with electrical outlets. The volume has simply outgrown the venue. On the plus side, you won’t regret ordering a Grey Goose Bloody Mary! They are superb!

Too Smokey and dank! But great if you want to be away from the airport bustle. Not worth paying for in my opinion, unless you are a frequent travelor.

This my husband and my first time at the United Club lounge at LAX in early October 2014. We chose this lounge to hang out before our flight out to Paris. It’s supposedly the smaller one, quieter, and closest to our gate actually. :) Immediately when you enter, there are 2 ladies at the front desk to help you check in. We then proceeded to find a nice couch to sit on, and rest up before our long flight across the US and the Atlantic. It was really nice to have free wi-fi and a quiet place to relax(away from the hustle and bustle at the gates). The lounge opens at 5 am, and we came by around 530 am or so. There are some breakfast items there(bagels, orange juice, fruits, etc.) for you to enjoy. That’s a nice touch since some of the eateries weren’t even open that early yet, so we were able to grab a small bite to eat. :) I heard there are nicer United lounges across the world, but this was our first experience and it was great. :)

ALERT: this Club is now closed as of 10÷26÷14. This terminal will now be mostly American Airlines.

This is a very nice club. It is smaller than the main club in terminal seven, But I understand it is closing very soon, too bad. The staff here is very pleasant and always willing to accommodate when there are issues. The non-premium alcohol is complementary, but they do not have the delicious cappuccino machine in this club.

I hear this Club is closing in October which is tragic. So much nicer than the large one in T7. Just means that one will become more busy and less user friendly. I hope there is an expansion plan for T7 or an additional Club planned for T8! Visit this gem before it’s gone.

Great club, nice complimentary continental buffet and bar, nice staff, very comfortable, and clean too. I am a big fan of United Airlines despite some recent fails on their part on my last two trips this month.

A real horror. United please renovate this place. Not enough seats with plugs and only 2 mini stalls in the ladies room. The only plus would be the convenience of being right by gate 62.

Exactly as I would expect, the entrance door was very conservative and people will walk right pass it not knowing this place was there. Can’t go wrong with a exclusive resting area during a long trip.

The door is discreet and reminds me of a speakeasy. The club itself is small but does the trick for those that don’t want to make the hike to T7. Usual United Club spread with free house wines and snacks to munch on. Staff is attentive and the club is clean and streamlined. Only reason it got 4 stars was that it’s not inviting for those that don’t know what to look for.

The United Club in terminal 6 was formerly the Continental Airlines President’s Club. The club had been renovated and converted to the United Club since the merger between United and Continental. They have conference rooms, a full bar, lounge and coffee and snacks. This is a great addition to terminal 6 for United Club members who had to go to the terminal 7 club in the past.
