This is my favorite location. My drinks are almost always perfect. If something is off, they fix it right away. The baristas are always friendly and upbeat.

A very nice Starbucks here on South Willow St. A nice place to have cup of coffee and just relax. Their coffee is very good too.

Super busy but fast service. Everyone is friendly. Except for the barista with the ear plugs calling out the finished drink orders. She actually didn’t even call mine out and several others who were waiting and waiting and trust me I was waiting with rapt attention. She does not seem at all happy to be working there and seems to want everyone to know it! Such a bummer when you wait in line that long and pay that much for good coffee!

Awful location, constant 10 – 15 car pileup, and orders are wrong at least 3 out of 5 times. But hey, it tastes good.

Should have known better to come here again. First coffee I ever got from her was disgusting, had a few people at work even comment that it «looked like mud water». But I decided to stop in one morning when I had some extra minutes before work. At this point I’ve been in the store for three minutes when one of the baristas friends walks in so instead of following the line… The barista jumps out of order and makes her friends coffee, and she’s on her way out the door 2 minutes before I am. Not happy to receive a watered down coffee after all of that. Never again.

The difference between this location and the one in Bedford is like night ‘n day. Everything here is watered down, bland. I ordered a triple venti latte today, hoping for some coffee flavor and it was like a warm milk drink. Drove back. Reordered. No better. It’s worth the wait at the Bedford location because they make it right. Probably why they have such long lines in Bedford. But at $ 4+ a cup? I’ll wait in line.

This is a very average Starbucks location. The drive thru entrance is inaccessible when you enter the main parking lot. Having a drive thru at all is a bonus, but the service was on the slow side. I have gone inside once for my coffee. The employee was friendly and took a reasonable amount of time to make my order. Both times my iced coffee with caramel was delicious.

Love Starbucks! This is a once in awhile treat for me due to price. $ 5.00 for a cup of coffee is crazy. But once in awhile I treat myself. I have found that the Bedford NH location is too busy and unpredictable on getting into. The drive thru is always busy. The Manchester location better access. They need more Starbucks around.

I love Starbucks dark roast coffee. It’s actually strong. A small coffee costs $ 2 and trust me they are a good size; much bigger and better than Dunks. I love this Starbucks for it’s drive-thru. It’s fast and everyone is always super nice.

Across from work … East fast and exceptional … They know my name and if I was more consistent with my ordering they would have it ready for me when I walked in. …And they know there coffee

This location has a drive through and the person in the car in front of me paid for all of our drinks — thank you! Green iced tea lemonade is very good — I would highly recommend :)

Typical Starbucks — clean, fast, orderly. Asked about room for cream when I ordered, which not all Starbucks do, so that’s a plus. Got a dark roast though, which tasted a little on the light side. Not the end of the world.

Drink was a bit watered down. Not the first I have experienced from a Starbucks before next time I will ask it be redone. Nice friendly service however

This place was so loud! Why was it this busy on a Thursday afternoon? I thought I was able to get some work done on my day off while sipping my pumpkin spice latte but I found it difficult to concentrate. The music was loud. People were loud. Even the barista was loud with her equipment. Sigh. I didn’t actually expect a library atmosphere but I didn’t think it’d be this bad. And now, 6 hrs after drinking that latte and my stomach is still upset. Not to mention someone hit my car in the parking lot outside when I was leaving. I guess this place is a no go for me.

This was by far the worst Starbucks I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. My girlfriend and I stopped in just after opening at 6 a.m. while on a weekend trip to Manchester for breakfast and some large, caffeinated beverages. The only other customer in the restaurant was seated at a table, already served and reading the newspaper. With two employees behind the counter we imagined that we would be back on the road in no time. That was to be a pipe dream. Each of us ordered a food item and a hot drink. My girlfriend went first, ordering her favorite pumpkin spice latte in the largest available size. Not long into our day she ended up dumping out her expensive drink, telling me that it didn’t taste anything remotely like something fit for human consumption, let alone like a PSL. I ordered just after she did – a latte and a croissant. The employees seemed far more interested in their conversation than with preparing our order, and after handing me my food, the barista smiled and wished us a good day. «Excuse me,» I asked, «but do you have my latte?» Her response: «What latte?» And so, after explaining to her that I had, just minutes ago, paid for a latte, I waited another ten minutes for her to complete my order. Next time, we’re going to the Dunkin Donuts down the street.

I had a craving for a specialty drink I like from Starbucks & had to stop by while I was in the area. Was as good as I remember them being(haven’t had Starbucks coffee of any kind since moving from Ca.). The only thing is there was to much foam for my liking(I preffer no foam for the price of the drink’s-but thats just me).

Consistent product quality over the five years I have been going here. Drive thru service has declined markedly in speed over past year, not sure why. Awkward drive– thru entrance includes on occasion dodging tractor trailers parked to service Papa Ginos next door along back of building. Love the soymilk lattes and spinach wraps.

East coast Starbucks need some speed training. I know I’m a bit stuck on this rant, but Starbucks off the West Coast should be required to train in Seattle. They just lose the sense of urgency. I know they’re capable, anyone who’s been to a dunkin’ knows what speedy coffee looks like. Coffee was fine.

I am traveling around the country and have been visiting a lot of Starbucks. I am not sure if its a regional thing but the customer service was awful. I think a vending machine would have offered better service. There was no eye contact or acknowledgment that the order was heard and as a result the order was incorrect. In addition a customer dropped their xlarge fruit beverage and it covered a significant portion of the floor and customers. No acknowledgment or offers to help clean up the mess were made.

I’ve been stopping by the Manchester Starbucks a few times each week for my Starbucks fix. The service since my first review in 2007 has really improved! I’ve had pretty good, friendly, and quick service on each visit. If there is a line and the primary cashier/barista becomes busy, other friendly baristas will ask the next customer in line, what drink they would like to get started. That’s the way service should be to keep the line moving. Since, I usually get just a venti dark roast brewed coffee, the helpful barista has dispensed my coffee and cashed me out at the second register while the primary cashier was still serving the customer before me with a larger order. I can get my «fix» quicker with less waiting, so I’m adding the extra star.
