Seat yourself. Burgers are quite good here. I love their onion rings! Our waitress was was very friendly too!

The food is terrible. They do have a decent beer selection, so get a beer and then head over to Moe’s for some decent food.

Purely food in an airport that no longer has any sit down options that are worthwhile.
But the drinks are good and the service quick

There is a reason why this place is trending with 2 stars. The sign reads «seat yourself» but I would add «good luck». When you seat yourself you may be there for a while before someone comes over. (While I stood to summon my server to bring my check another customer asked me, as he waited to order…
«Do they come over.?»
Usually there is a combination of events that can derail a dining experience. But, in my case, one person (Amber) really differentiated herself today; cold, never smiling and confrontational — «are you sure there are no onions on there.?», she asked incredulously after I asked for them a second time. When I asked for onions, she had another server bring them to me as she watched. I am careful not to be rude or predictably irritated at the smallest infraction like many customers, but I was shocked at the sheer indifference here.
I gave the girl a «negative» tip suggesting that she actually owes me! — and should not work w the public. The burger was good and hopefully they’ll provide some coaching there. Most of the staff there lacks enthusiasm and appear lethargic.

Ugh. At least I solved some previous reviewers «mystery of the sticky tables.» The waitress agreed to wipe down the sticky table after saying, «It’ll be sticky in a few minutes. It’s a problem with the finish.» Umm… then refinish the tables or get new ones. Happier customers and not making the wait staff explain or deal with it will be worth it.
The service is slow and inadequate. Not even a single refill?
The only good things about this place is that the food tastes average and is convenient if you are flying out of Terminal C. Things get overpriced in airports, but what you get here is definitely not worth what you pay. Grab a snack at a news stand and eat when you get to a bigger airport.

The tables were abysmally dirty. The same five or so that weren’t bussed when I came in still weren’t bussed when I left. My table was dirty so I moved the ketchup and stuff to the other side to sit on the cleaner side. The chair had all kinds of crumbs on it. Eventually my order was taken and the food came out relatively soon. But I needed a different sauce and my server never came back by. By the time I was ready to leave, the manager was out serving food. One server spent most of her time counting cash. I guess she didn’t have customers because she doesn’t bus her tables. Iced tea was good. Potato skins were minimal.

Arrived at 10:15. Breakfast was over. No prob. ;-)
We switched to the lunch menu and asked for gumbo.
Our server said the gumbo was likely not ready because they don’t prepare the gumbo until after breakfast, which ended at 10.
We said we would wait. Our flight was delayed. She offered to check when it might be ready.
Our sweet server went to the kitchen. I heard the guy in the back raising his voice at her.
I walked over to cancel the order and heard her apologizing and saying she just wanted to know if we should wait or go somewhere else.
When I walked up he was saying something to the effect that he couldn’t tell her when because he’d be lying.
Our server was very professional and I just think she deserved more respect.

Food was OK. Service was OK. Portions are small with false bottom plates to make onlookers think they are deep baskets. Prices are a little high. I had the catfish and fries. It was just two processed patties and some stringy fries with a touch of slaw in a condiment cup. Very hot, quick, but over priced. It is the airport. Oh well … I should have gone to Moe’s.

This place sucks and so did our server, Avis, or something like that. He’s the worst. He forgot to put our order in and was extremely rude. Besides that the food is horrible and extremely overpriced. A mixed drink cost $ 15…Jesus

Bad service? Not for me! Sat right at the bar and joked with the very nice bartender Betty before ordering a cold draft beer. Granted, the draft selections aren’t the best, but hey, as I said, the beer was cold.
Menu features your typical bar offerings, some with a «Memphis» twist (e.g., the Memphis potato skins are topped with pulled pork). Now that I think about it, all the «Memphis» dishes involved pork. Hmmm.
All in all, Home Team is an okay spot if all you need is a quick bite and cold brew before your flight. And for the record, the staff is very cordial. Hi, Betty! :)

I’d give them 0 stars, but it wasn’t an option. Planned on stopping and having a few drinks and food prior to a flight. They were supposed to stay open until 7, we got here and through security by 5 and they were closing the gates at the restaurant. They’re were a lot of hungry and angry people. Don’t rely on this restaurant being open when you fly, eat elsewhere outside of the airport. Now I have to sit on a 3 hour flight without eating… They’re reason for closing was that it was slow, and there were no more flights… Out flight was boarding at 6:45… There was a lot of unhappy people at our gate planning to do the same thing…

Stay away. Seems they are doing you a favor. Wait staff was super rude.

Zero stars. The worst! Rude welcome. Four employees out front, three customers but still they make sure to let us know that we’re taking up their precious time by expecting something to drink or maybe even eat! Even with lowered expectations for terminal food this one was hard to beat. Avoid it like the plague.

Don’t bother, if your hungry you are better off eating at your final destination or on the plane! Service was terrible but when it’s all there is i guess it makes sense that they have no reason to care.

Reviews about service were spot on, which is to say… REH-​H-​H-​HEALY bad. I walked in and stood around ‘unnoticed’ for 5 minutes before walking up to one of the 4 «wait» staff (now I know how they got their name) standing around doing very little. I asked if I should seat myself, which I did. The fantastic 4 went back to their conversation while I waited patiently for a menu. The waitress I spoke to (at her convenience) was very friendly. Food was better than expected. Since I planned for bad service without many options, since Delta left MEM a ghost town, I’m throwing in a 3^rd star out of sheer goodwill.

Nice little place to pop in, plop down and partake in a pick-​me-​up.
You won’t be overwhelmed by the tap beer selection, but you will be welcomed with a ‘lil bit of Southern Charm, quick (but not hurried) service and a menu offering (what else) BBQ.
Having to catch our flight we ordered the BBQ Pork sliders, each containing a nice hefty mound of pork. Nothing incredibly special, or wanting me to slap the happy outta my mouth, but it was good and arrived fast and warm. Loved the little sweet gherkins that made each slider look even more massive.

The food was good, but it took forever for them to even take our drink order. Halfway through our meal, our waitress disappeared completely. My husband had to go up to the bar and ask the bartender for our second round of drinks. Our server had a white shirt on, which I thought indicated she was management because the 3 other servers and also the bartender had on gray uniforms, but I hope she wasn’t with that kind of service! SAD!

Awful service. Didn’t actually eat any food or get be served. I awaiting for 15 minutes while the wait staff worked like turtles without a care that I was standing there and there were 4 dirty tables waiting to bused. They constantly walked past them and did nothing. Amazing since this is airport restaurant and having nothing that resembles actual service to help travelers getting to their flights on time.
Do NOT go unless you have a good hour and half before your flight, maybe!
If I could give no stars I would.

Don’t bother. The breakfast is disappointing. Staff is RUDE RUDE RUDE. I sat forever before being greeted, despite trying to catch the attention of the servers watching tv. I would get a snack from the gift shop instead.

Want to be insulted? This is the place for you!
I sat down at the bar to get drink before a long day of travel. There were two people at the bar at most. When the bar tender got around to me, this is how the conversation went. I politely asked for Jim Beam on the rocks. The bar tender replied, «single or double?» I said, «make it a single, please.» Then it got weird and stupid. She says, «what’s a matter, you can’t handle a double?» I said, I can, but I just want a single.” She then says in reference to a co-​worker, « — — - you can handle doubles, can’t you» or words to that effect. At that point, I told her, «let’s just skip it.» She replies, «oh, I was just playing with you» as I was leaving.
No, ma’am, I don’t think you were «just playing with» me. I think you were trying to goad me into buying a more expensive drink. All you accomplished was to cause me to NOT want to sit at your bar long enough to drink a single much less a double.
What made this experience even more notable was the contrast between my experience at Home Team Sports and the Southern hospitality I experienced EVERY OTHER place I went to in Memphis during my four day stay. I surely will return to Memphis, but I surely will not return to Home Team Sports.
